Service was painfully slow. Line did not move for 10 minutes. Had to mention that to the person at the door who then allowed a few people inside. No cream spinach available. And the stuffing was Bland and flavorless. You asked
I usually order a ham and prime rib every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas from their holiday menu from their Hackensack location and unfortunately ordered from there this past Thanksgiving only for them to tell me that they did not have the prime rib I ordered AFTER they already charged my credit card. The store manager offered no help or consolation to their mistake and I had to wait 2 weeks just to get a refund after he told me that it would take 7 days.Stupid me decided...read full review
