Never been to Chickie's & Pete's before. I went to the one in Philly a few months ago for a school trip and then yesterday to the Marlton location and both places are really nice and clean. I got the shrimp tacos in both places very good, but I wish you had a few more shrimp on the tacos so I can taste them. But all in all the server was nice and me and my friend had a good time. The crab cakes were really good.

This was my first time here and I was impressed! I had to get the ever famous fries w/ cheese sauce! They were pretty good with the perfect amount of old bay. 8.5/10. The menu looked so good but we ended up just getting chicken tenders. They were also hot and fresh! 8/10. I can’t remember what the drink was called but it was a peach flavor and was recommended by the waitress. It was a bit sweet for my liking but pretty good, nonetheless! 6/10.. The service was amazing. Our waitress was very patient and friendly. She did an amazing job checkin in on us and having friendly conversation. The atmosphere is also great. I love the seating and the views of the TV screens from any table you’re sitting at. I’ll definitely recommend this place to others and will be back soon for more! I heard their cheesesteak is also amazing!Vegetarian options: There’s definitely meatless options on the menu! Start with the fries and cheese sauce. Their pizza looked pretty good too!Parking: No issues parking. Plenty of parking and an open parking lot that wraps around the buildingKid-friendliness: There’s a lot on the menu. Check it out online before going for kid options!

didn't supply hand wipes after eating wings. we were told that this location doesn't supply them but other locations do, and there was a sink at other side of room we could use.

Service was bad. Waiter seem disinterested the whole time. He had zero personality. Messed up one persons drink order which she decided not to send back because he lack time to come back to the table to check on us.

First time here. Crabfries were hot, fresh, and delicious. My wife got the Seafood Saute and the portions were enormous for the price. My chicken wings were mediocre, so I'll definitely something else next time.Restaurant was extremely loud. It's no wonder they opened every window/door. Definitely the loudest restaurant we've been to. The table booths were huge. Four people can sit on each side. It's also a big restaurant with multiple sinks in the dining area for hand washing after eating crabs. No kids menu. Lastly, our server was friendly and checked up on us.Kid-friendliness: No kids menu. Not too sure if I consider this a kid-friendly restaurant though.

Better half hosted a birthday party for me here last Sunday, 3/10/24 with about 35 attendees. This was a rescheduled date from three weeks before as she decided to cancel the party the day of due to me being under the weather. From what she described to me, it could have been handled smoother by the establishment based on the circumstances. Apparently she had to sign a contract in advance to reservation. Cooler heads prevailed and we were able to reschedule. Fast forward to the day of the event, was informed that some of our party’s guests were asked to move from two of the tables in the back party room area and the staff member advised that “you only have these 5 tables”, something that was never communicated nor outlined in the contract she signed. Server(s) seemed pleasant from what I experienced. The buffet style food menu was tasty, while it was stocked. Seemed like it took a while for the crab fries and pizza to get reloaded. All in all a very mediocre experience. The funny thing is that she decided to host this party for me here. I was going to host a surprise birthday party for her here and decided against it after we were there last fall and she commented how bad the experience has been the last 3 times she visited for one reason or another. Like other reviews, I decided to host her surprise party at another establishment that was at least the same from a service standpoint, better priced for the food offerings, and we were able to send leftovers out with guests. Perhaps that is to be expected as that venue required me to order the food for the 45 guests in advance, whereas Chickies charges per head count based on the predetermined menu offerings that was signed at contract inception. Again, good food, but nothing else special to make you want to come back to this location.
Nothing wrong with the food or the service. We all enjoyed our entrees and apps (burgers, wings, chicken tenders, nachos) I never enjoy how loud it is in there at any point in time. We are literally yelling across and repeating ourselves while trying to have a conversation. All the noise and TVs playing multiple sports shows is too overstimulatung for my taste.
