Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I love tropical smoothie cafe but today had to be the worse experiences I have ever had in one of their locations. The girl literally looked at me and didn’t greet me or anything. She came to the register and looked at me said nothing and I said “hi how are you?” Literal crickets just stared at me. So I ordered and waited and she put them on the counter and walked away and I said “have a great day!” And nothing. I am highly dissatisfied with the attitude of these employees at this location. Thankfully the smoothies taste good.

They charged me a payment I didn’t authorize. The Manger was extremely rude just looked at me and walked away never got my money back. Will never go there again. Unprofessional

Shout out to Enrique for his hard work and his coworker for their awesome teamwork. Excellent service. Food is delicious! I got the Sunrise Sunset smoothie and the açaí bowl. Satisfied with the quality and the service.

New favorite place! Also service is amazing. Never seen two people work so hard during a rush in my life. Shoutout to who was working on the night of 9/12.

Always a good experience here. Well trained staff who are consistently pleasant and efficient. The food and smoothies are delicious and I love the outdoor seating

Great spot - I love coming here after working out at the gym for a nice protein packed smoothie and healthy wrap - very nice employees also and in particular a tall gentleman named Stephen always provides efficient and exemplary service!
