If you like auntie Anne's pretzels, please do not go to this location. Employees are rude they don't even apologize for their mistakes. I was at this Walmart today and I wanted a pretzel so my girlfriend and I decided to get 2 pretzels. I didn't check the bag to see if he gave me 2. I get home and find out I just got 1. Apparently the employee didn't hear me clearly and only gave me 1 and charged me for 1. So I was fine with it. When I decided to eat the pretzel it was hard as a rock. So at this point I'm upset. So I decided to call the place and tell them about the issue so I can get my money back. I called the place 3 times, no answer. I decided to go there and tell them about the issue so I can get my money back. When I went there I told them I would like my money back because the pretzel was not good. At this point I thought they would apologize, but they did not. They asked me if I want another one? I didn't wanted another one because I don't know when they made it because the one they gave me was probably from the morning. The guy was in process of giving me my refund and I asked him if they have a phone there he rudely replied NO. So I asked why they have a phone number on the receipt? Didn't get a response from him. So if you decide to get a pretzel from here please check it when you get it otherwise you won't know what you are getting. And don't expect to get an apology either.
