Hubby and I decided to have a lunch date. So we went local. Big mistake. The people were friendly and very courteous. We ordered 2 french onion soups. They came out barely warm. Actually the worst I've ever had. Cheese was not melted and I believe they used the micro instead of the oven. The taste was sub-par. Hubby ordered the Italian Stallion medium, he ate it anyway. I ordered the corned beef reuben with thousand island dressing and sauerkraut. How lazy is this cook?????Didn't grill the reuben at all. MICRO! Bread was soggy( couldn't even keep it together to take a bite) cook forgot the sauerkraut and I asked for some, still trying to make the best of it. The sauerkraut came our brown with back specks in it,, no thank you! What the hell are you thinking? I've given this place its last chance. Let the dishwasher cook, he's probably better at it!

It is really hard to rate this place. The wife and I walked in a few weeks ago to a near empty establishment. We could not tell if it was a bar or a package store, but definitely not a customer friendly sports watching establishment. Waited 10 minutes or so after receiving our menus for the server to come take the order (in the near empty bar/tavern/package store/whatever). She did not come back, the bartender ignored us, so we got up and walked out.

The burger was excellent. Fries were nothing to write home about. Prices are a little above average but acceptable since the burger was cooked to perfection. Not many people were there. The bartender served us. Service was quick. I will be back.

Stopped in for a quick happy hour for some bar food and some easy beers. I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. Brick House is located in a strip mall next to a Chinese buffet restaurant. Brick House is a solid dive bar with some solid food and happy hour choices. To start, I got the boneless Buffalo tenders (mild) and fried pickles. The tenders are more like larger chicken nuggets and the fried pickles were seasoned perfectly. Both were delicious and were on the happy hour menu. For dinner, I had the Steakhouse Burger which was grilled to perfection and was topped with A1 steak house, sautéed onions and mushrooms, and Munster cheese. It was absolutely delicious and served with fries. Overall, I'd definitely come back to try more food (and definitely more beers).
