I stopped in to get a dozen donuts and 3 drinksI was told I COULD NOT GET A DOZEN DONUTS, and the reasonbecause there would not be enough for the people coming in for one donut later.I tried to explain to the man that I am standing in front of him with money for a dozen donuts NOW.The donuts were for an 9 yr olds birthday on our way to the nail salon!What is this world coming to?I know I won't be back to this DD anytime soon. Unfortunately, I patronized this business since I had an 8-9 yr old waiting for me for some goodies.I really wanted to walk out.But I'll vent here instead.

We are moving back up to Boston from FL via Uhaul and have stopped at many Dunks along the way, but this is undoubtedly the best Dunkin Donuts we have ever been to. My partner and I are from Boston and we have not ever had such a perfect experience at a Dunkin Donuts. Both of our coffees were made to perfection and our breakfast sandwiches toasted to perfection and wonderfully warm and delicious.I can imagine I will be dreaming about this Dunkin the rest of of the way and I cannot wait to return again in the future. If you are a Dunkin connoisseur, you MUST stop here! You will thank me later, but be sure to thank the lovely staff first!! ☺️

Terrible customer service. Women at the drive thru yelled at me and and practically threw my stuff at me cus I didn’t tell her I was pick up, even though at the speaker that is what I told them.

this place sucks. customer service is terrible and the products are always made wrong. line is always backed up for even the simplest orders and the drinks are always made differently. the attitude the employees give you is unwelcoming.

Terrible service. I went to the drive-through window and politely asked the server to repeat what she had said because the traffic noise was quite disruptive. However, I noticed that she was complaining and impatiently gesturing into her microphone.

My drink was fine but they need to put a do not enter sign right by the exit of the drive through. Me and another costumer both pulled in and had to back out once realizing the sign pointing to the drive trough was not indicating to pull in there, but to go around. Although I will say I was not paying attention to why the first costumer was backing out, so that was a mistake on my part

Another horrible Dunkin Donuts. I’d say I’m surprised but it seems Dunkin has just been going downhill the past couple years. If it isn’t 7th graders making your coffee it’s incompetent adults. You’ll order your food to get told they don’t have it after your pay. Horrible place. Looks like they gorilla gripped my bagel before handing it over to me. Just wild.

Drive thru lady really ran my card as I'm telling her NO!!! I said don't run it I have a question and she said okay then ran my card. She should get fired. Horrible customer service.
