Purchased gift card. Interior of DD could use a good cleaning, ceiling to floor. Lighting is very poor. Did not have envelopes for gift cards.

This time I drove to this location but very bad experience Dunkin Donuts is inside the Shoptite Store. No good place to sit down and have a cup of cofee plus If you are bathroom user forget about it because bathroom is in the store all the way back and it’s locked.

I stopped at the Dunkin Donuts inside the ShopRite I was going to get a donut also but I noticed there was a couple of flies crawling on the donuts this is not cool flies very very dirty filthy animals this change my mind completely about getting donuts also the donut should be behind some glass enclosure so this way no flies can get on the donutsFeatures: There was no social distancing, cashier wasn't wearing a mask there was a protective shield between the cashier and customer.

I would've given 5 stars because the main lady, owner maybe?, is always on point when shes there. Shes quick, accurate, prompt and welcoming. The woman who is usually there on Sundays is AWFUL. Shes extremely slow, grumpy, always talking on her air pods and screws up orders. I always order 15min in advance online so the coffee isn't scorching hot when I get it and whenever she is there, never ready. I need to remember not to go in on Sundays so I'm not late to work because of her.

Wish I could leave zero stars. They open at 6:00am and I waited patiently for this time to order. I placed an order on the mobile app and waited while no one greeted me and they kept their metal gate up. Another man asked if they were open cause the two girls were talking in the back and not greeting anyone. They told him they open at 6:30am so I told them I had already placed a mobile order and they shrugged their shoulders and said they'll give me a refund rather than just making my order.. They decide to open when they want to, not the time they're scheduled to. By the time I placed an order at the restaurant next door it was 6:30am and they still were not open... Horrible.. especially at a rest stop where people are looking to grab breakfast and go.

The only quam I have is with the iced coffees..WHYYY everytime I order one the sugar is gathered at the bottom as if you've never stirred it up. Maybe put the amount of sugar into the hot coffee first then add that coffee to the ice idk..just a thought.
