Unprofessional, I order through doordash and they let someone take my order without confirming if they were from doordash or not and then when I finally got some on the phone they were so Unprofessional and said someone already took your order, contact doordash and that's it.

Excellent customer service! We ordered delivery for the first time and I did not realize that there was something in my dish that I am not able to eat (it was not listed o. The menu). I called the restaurant and they remade the dish for me and had it re-delivered very quickly. The person I spoke to on the phone was great and driver was very nice as well.

Decided to try this apot out after many times seeing it when around shoprite. Best decision i’ve made pizza had the nice crunch that I love and the wings and the sauce were great aswell. Our server Ismael was great and attentive to us as he kept reccomending stuff for us ! Tried the gelato and fried oreos and the interior is so nicely decorated, would deff recommend to friends and familes.

We ordered 2 different slices and asked about the Mac and cheese bowl. Ivan mentioned it had bacon but my daughter and I dont like bacon. Ivan went above and beyond and offered to make us a fresh Mac and cheese bowl with no bacon. It came out hot with a freshly baked bread bowl as well. I have to say, it is THE BEST Mac and Cheese I have ever had. I also never had it in a fresh bread bowl either. Outstanding!!! We enjoyed the pizza but that Mac and Cheese bowl, we will be driving back the 45 minutes to have again. We appreciated that Ivan offered to make it without bacon. We would have just ordered something else but he sold us on the no bacon and then to have the bread freshly baked made us appreciate it that much more. I just called the store back to let them know how phenomenal the food was and how much we appreciated their service. Great job!!! We will be highly recommending your food and service!!! Top notch!

Slice of Brooklyn.. more like Slice of Heaven. Today I went for lunch and I had their steak sandwich on homemade bread. The sandwich is to absolute die for. The homemade bread is baked to perfection with a nice crisp outside and a soft center. You can tell the steak is high quality meat and very juicy. This has to be hands down now my favorite steak sandwich anywhere. If you're in the area I highly recommend trying it for yourself and the restaurant. The pizza here is delicious. It taste like NY pizza. I usually go to get a regular slice but I got a small margarita pie it was so worth it. The workers are very friendly and the place is beautifully decorated.

Place told me 20 mins for a pizza sat here for over an hour and a half it’s is honestly ridiculous very unprofessional and unorganized and completely forgot my entire order had to remind them 3-5 times over and got an attitude when asked where my food was honestly this place is
