Reasonable prices and friendly staff, lots of the local come and order so this gives you a good indication. Also have delicious desserts. Would recommend strongly.

We have been going to Shrimp King for several years', it's a good value restaurant. I've always had the grouper franchise, delicious. Price has always been the same but now with a slight increase. I was surprised when looking at the bill that there is now also $2 extra charge for franchise. When I mentioned to the waitress, she said the owner increased the charges but it does not show on the menu. Make sure you ask for a price rather than rely on the menu. Will still go back since the food is good, but most people don't like to feel like they have been taken. Leaves a bad taste for dessert.

Over the past 6-7 months we dinner at the restaurant, during pandemic we ordered take out 3 times. The excellent both when dining in house or taken out. We ordered a variety of entrees along with appys; soups and of course their fabulous baklava. The portions were considerable and quite reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Shrimp King or return again, like maybe this Friday.

I live in the area but rarely go to Shrimp King for dinner. Having the urge for some seafood, we decided to order take out from them. Ordered 2 dinners from their online menu and was quite surprised when I got home that the prices were 25% higher for each meal than what was on their web site. I called the owner the following day and he advised me the online menus were very old and he doesn't honor the website pricing. He stated he was in the process of changing the web site prices but in my opinion, I don't think this was true. Be cautious when ordering from any online menu with Shrimp King

We decided to have a seafood feast and order as we would at a Chinese Restaurant with many dishes. Everyone of them were delicious and the prices are awesome. We had Broiled Scallops, broiled Shrimp, Fried Butterfly Shrimp, Fish and Chips, calamari, popcorn shrimp, macaroni salad, rice pudding and a few other things.....everyone of these I would order again! Because of COVID we did takeout and we were delighted with the quality of the food, prices and service! Could see this being a once a week thing!!!

Visited for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with quality of my meal. The restaurant appearance and inside dining area are dated, but don't let that fool you. My meal was very good at a great price; I ordered the fried jumbo shrimp meal which included nine breaded shrimp, appetizer (I had the clam chowder), and two sides all for under $12.00. BYOB as the restaurant does not have a bar. The menu is extensive and also offers non-seafood dishes. No frills eating at a great price. Well worth the visit - as I will definitely return.

Someone recommended this place, so tried it out. Seafood special was OK. Menu said it included fried oysters. Owner asked me if I wanted oysters with it, and I said yes. It was One oyster, and didn't resemble one. Also, the shrimp are butterfly. Chowder was watery, not much taste. They were out of a lot of items. Got a lb. of scallops broiled to go. They were excellent. Tried them again for takeout. When got home, the fried clams sandwich was just fried clams; no bread. Escargots were not in a shell and were big & rubbery. The fried shrimp platter was good. Prices range from average to super inexpensive.

Tsukasa's new home is larger than their previous place in Bordentown. It is still run by the same husband and wife team. The food is delicious authentic Japanese.
