If you order the wide noodles they will give you the round noodles. This happened twice. I am craving wide noodles so much now. Ordered biang-bing noodles and beef flat noodle. If you don’t have the noodles, tell your customer, don’t lie to them. When I called to tell them they laughed at me. I was in shock. Won’t order from here again.

I have never been disappointed when ordering other dishes. Today I tried the large plate of chicken and was really disappointed. One order contained all chicken bones and I couldn’t even bite them. There were only four pieces of meat and the chicken was a bit stale.

I loved the double cooked pork over rice, Chinese hamburger, and soup stock beef noodle. It was good for carryout and there are a few casual tables for dine in. It is kid friendly, we brought a 1.5 and a 3.5 year old.

If you are familiar with Chinese food from the western region this is your go to place. Very good portion sizes and the food is very flavorful. If you are dining-in the don't expect this place to feel like a michelin three star restaurant experience as this is very much a mom&pop shop so if you are looking for that, this is not it. If you want the a hole in the wall experience as seen in a lot of Anthony Bourdain's tv show then place definitely fits the bill.

Excellent Chinese hamburgers, beef soup noodles, big plate chicken, mapo tofu that was properly spicy! Everything is served in togo containers but don't let that deter you from eating inside since the food is so good hot and fresh ?

I really enjoyed the food here and thought everything was authentic. I'm a little surprised that this place doesn't show up when I search Google unless I'm looking for it. They have hand pulled noodles and traditional Xi an meals. It may take a while to make (we only waited maybe 10min dining in) bc it's a mom and pop shop so I feel like people should be more understanding. The lady was so friendly and a lot of people did take out!

This place is a hidden gem. My personal favorite was the cold noodles and the hamburger. Everyone who ordered takeout got the same thing so you know it's good. Please help out this small business since there's no other noodle places like this in the area ?

As I at in my vehicle parked in front of this establishment a female came out of the door and spit something from her mouth onto my vehicle. She then retrieved mail from the mailbox beside the door and went back inside. In disbelief, I got out of my and saw something green that looked like a vegetable this female had spit onto my vehicl. Imagine what is done to food they prepare behind closed doors.

This is a mom and pop restaurant serving Xi’An cuisine. The exterior signage can’t be any bigger: with 4 big Chinese characters covering the entirety of each of the 4 glass panels. The interior is ad hoc at best. But the packing boxes piling up right besides the entrance is totally uncalled for.The lady owner greeted us and immediately advertised their presumably signature dishes: Steamed Cold Noodles (Liangpi 涼皮) $8.99 and Chinese Hamburgers (肉莢膜) $4.99. I normally don’t take recommendations because I am afraid they might be the leftovers restaurants want to get rid of fast, but I relented this time. I only had Liangpi once in my life and I really wanted some verification. And I’ve had their Chinese Hamburgers before and I knew they were decent. In addition, we added Beef with Spicy Green Pepper Over Rice $12.99 which was only advertised on the wall, nowhere to be found on the menu; and the Shrimp Fried Noodle $11.99.Liangpi: It’s unique, not easy to make, tastes good and refreshing. Vegetarian.Chinese Hamburger: A safe choice that can please everyone.Beef with Spicy Green Peppers: Good portion, addictive and most satisfying.Shrimp Fries Noodle: Forgettable. Not much different from a Chinese takeout anywhere in the US.One last thing: bring lots of cash! Even though they do take credit cards, they levy hefty surcharges and the lady owner wouldn’t be happy either. She reminded me 3 times but I simply didn’t carry enough cash.
