Very rude and unprofessional. Prepared different order than what the order was placed online on their app and on top told us that it’s an online system issue and not their mistake and asked to pay more money to correct their order. I would not go place like this in future.

I really love this Taxo Bell branch. It is clean, employees are super friendly, and professional. Today at 7:00 pm, they were extremely busy, they were working hard and fast to fill all the orders but they explained due to a huge order that came in it was taking a bit longer. I read the reviews and people need to be more reasonable and understanding towards these hardworking employees and learn to patiently wait for their food. If you have to wait for your order it is because its being freshly prepared, otherwise its microwave.Thank you guys and shout-out to the hardworking and friendly employees.Vegetarian options: Been burrito, crunchy chalupa.

Sadly the blonde manager is really unprofessional. She’s very loud, cursing, and causing a lot of drama. I’m trying to enjoy a meal and the guests are forced to hear a bunch of gossip that’s extremely inappropriate during our meal. On top of that my meal was made incorrectly. It hurts to say but this Taco Bell branch is the worst by a long shot. They really need to work on their hiring process.

Slow slow slow drive thru. When you finally get your food it’s ice cold.
Ordered 30 minutes ahead since breakfast was ending soon and I was already headed to the area for service calls. By the time I got there, the drive thru guy said he threw it away since it was lunch time now. Told him I already paid, why can't they make a new order. He told me they threw all the breakfast items away implying there was no possible way to make any future breakfast orders. This location has really gone downhill since they started hiring younger people with zero customer service skills. I used to order here at least once a week, not anymore.

The staff here is so clueless, i ordered a vegetarian black bean pizza with taco combo number 9, inspite of telling the cashier four times to make sure its only black beans and still they gave us beef in it. I eat a half a pizza and i realized there is beef in it . The guys are brainless here at this location, she had no courtesy to apologized and say sorry to us and gave a reason that she is on break .Taco bell has gone from bad to worst in customer service . They are completely clueless and they don’t care. Make sure when you order next time check your order all the time. I hope they notice this review.
