Been going here for years. Never had a problem. Don't really understand the negative reviews. Crew is very nice and professional.If a customer does not have the patience to wait on a busy drive thru then stop complaining and make your own coffee.

Just went there and asked for a drink with no ice and they refused to just add some milk to cut down on the intense flavor. They don’t care about their customers and I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS AGAIN!!! Gave they one star because I can’t give them zero!

The food is literary almost never hot/warm, the hash browns are handed out in plastic baggies, all of the managers there have a TERRIBLE attitude, they rush you in the drive through all that time. They just don’t care about the customers, the people they work for, and the store itself, and one of the worst things is that they made the one lady there who can barely speak English work the drive through and handle customers. I can see why they changed slot of the old DDs except for this one and it show’s entirely why, because it’s so not worth it

Stopped in this store and asked as an emergency can I use the restroom. I am a woman in my seventies and I was told I would have to buy something first. I think that is such a disgrace to do that to anyone !!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, ordered donuts at 6 am this morning and the donuts looked horrible and not fresh at all. Went back to get my money and was told I won't be receiving a refund. This place sucks!

They never have anything I want, the won't honor the sale on their posted signs. Save your self the trouble and go a few miles down the road to the DD on the north bound side. I have also contacted Corp who is no help at all. Look at all these poor reviews and Corp has no control over what independent stores do because they are independently owned. You would think with the DD sign they can step in and make the store better.
