What a fun bar! We came on a Tuesday around 9:45 just before they stopped serving food. We played darts, doted on a pup, and browsed the jukebox while waiting for our food. The Nintendo was occupied this time, but the folks playing it seemed like they were having fun. Our impossible burger was impressive--cooked perfectly and served with ultra fresh veggies. I mean that onion was CRISP. And the sauce on the honey butter Brussels could be eaten by itself with a spoon.

DISGUSTING experience, TERRIBLE treatment. The staff is very unorganized and RUDE. They added extra drinks on our tabs and when we brought it up in a very calm and collected manner by telling them we got charged extra by mistake, the bartender called us cheap and asked to pick a fight over $8. He asked my boyfriend to fight him outside in the freezing cold. We weren’t upset at the money of it, it was the principle of being charged for something we didn’t have and then being cursed at for it? On top of THAT, the staff was so unorganized that my other friend paid someone else’s tab for $100 instead of his. The food and atmosphere are mediocre at best. So so disappointing that the staff was rude and problematic as this place could have had potential. It was very upsetting to see me and my friends be treated so poorly when we just did not want to be charged more for things we didn’t order.

Drunk bartender caused a scene and wanted to fight me over something so simple.Hopefully the owner can reach out to me about this. But I was here with my friends for a couple of hours. I went to the bar to close out my tab. When I got the bill back, I realized there was an extra drink that nobody had not ordered.Simple, I told the waitress/bartender that there was an extra item. She said she would figure it out. She said she was new and was very busy so I was standing around waiting for a while until she finally came back. No problem. She gave me the refund back in cash which was fine.I realized the refund was not for the full amount of the drink and told the waitress/bartender. She said ok and went back to the register. This is when the other bartender guy got involved and took over. He came to me and accused me of lying. He was calling me cheap and was getting aggressive and rude.He was short guy with small man complex. The conversation with this man eventually escalated to the point where he caused a scene and stormed out of the bar wanting to fight me.I obviously didn't engage in something so stupid. The supervisor at the time also tried defending the actions of the bartender. Insane.Both should be fired. There are many other level headed professional people out there who could do a better job than those two.

Thank you Rachel for above and beyond impeccable service. She was the only bartender and server on football Sunday. We waited 5 mins for our food. Excellent. The food wasn't AMAZING but I love that I was able to go watch my BOYZ and order a healthy option- the Brussels Caesar salad w/ grilled chicken. It was very tasty. A little heavy on the dressing but still good cuz I'm trying to unbig this here back of mine. My dad don't care about his back so he got the Texas nachos. I had a little taste and they were DELICIOUS! Here's why I love Rachel for real though- I first had the Newark style cider and wanted to try the farm style. She gave me an in-depth description of the taste and asked me what I like, and she said try it. I said bet. I tried it- loved it!!! Thank you again Rachel. I can't wait to go back because the ambiance is so friendly and calm. All of the games were on so that was even more of a plus. If you're ever in JC- check this place out!!

Most reviews are great so I was so excited to try this place. Ordered over the phone and my burger was raw, and I like a med rare meat but this was actually raw raw on the inside. Plus they charged me $3 for fried that were supposed to be included?? The jalapeño poppers were good though. Salad was very eh. Should definitely not be a 1 dollar sign place. I’m disappointed because I really wanted this place to be good :(
