Intersections and crossings into the station are dangerous, homeless people hang around the front, and the only public restroom closes before 7pm.

The Path train from Newark to WTC is the WORST train to wait for, ever. It’s always late for no reason, when you see it’s 1 mn away you wait at least 5-10 mns and it still saying it’s 1mn away or delays. The person who manages this train schedule need to make some improvements.

It was a quick repair for my scooter. The guy who helped me was so nice and polite , highly recommend if you ever need a bike/scooter to be fixed

They do a decent job of keeping the place clean.but the station is showing it's age. An update and som new stores would help a lot.

Journal Square is a large Path Train Station. It’s clean and has very frequent service to the World Trade Center and 33rd St. The station was built by blasting through rock. So you can see some rock formations at the station. My experience at this station is very good.

Huge PATH station. You can go to Newark, WTC or 33rd. Can get crowded. Escalators to the platform are usually broken.

Trains are generally clean, and the station layout is easy to understand. However, the escalators leading onto tracks are always out of order. Additionally, the machines to refill your pass are never properly able to read your card and it is very easy for bike or scooter to get stolen when locked to public racks.

As far as subway stations go it is a nicer one.

Journal Square has changed a lot over the years as well as Jersey City. Part of me welcome the change and Part of me miss how Jersey City used to look like. I welcome the diversity but it's become too crowded and gentrification has reared its ugly head to the city. ???

Cool bit on your way to the path train. Pharmacy, restaurants or just a place to sit a spell. Now, what's up with them not having the tech for me to pay with my phone!?

The latest sign of the changing Journal Square is the news that the Journal Square Lounge, next to the historic Loew's Jersey theater is closing its doors for good Saturday. 06/04/2022. The owners of Journal Square Lounge declined to discuss the closing....... This is KARMA for the way the new owners treated the Old Owner's (Mr. Joe) Local Regular Customers. (i.e "Not their kind of clientele")
