Bunch of liters. They never open on time and even they open there doors are locked no one answering in driver thru. God know what are they doing inside instead of doing business. Corporate should take action against this location.

Update: Thanks for upgrading the food!! I was pleasantly surprised that the cole slaw, and meal were all fresh today. Maybe someone looked into the quality.

No customer service at all. I ordered through the app, and when I arrived the Manager said they didn't have my order and would have to replace it with another item.
I asked for a refund, and he said I would have to go through the third party Popeyes app for a refund. There was no way he could directly refund me on the spot. I responded saying the app is actually directly from Popeyes, which would indicate that your store is a third party Franchise to which he agreed. I requested an extra item to be made whole from the inconvenience, and all I requested was at least one chicken drumstick, wing, or chicken tender and he REFUSED.
Pretty much said to me we can be here all day talking but nothing can be done. I asked him so you literally cannot give me one piece of chicken, that you will most likely throw out at the end of the night to make me a happier customer for not having the item that I ordered through the app? Again he said no, said he has to count all the chicken at the end of the night. Terrible service

I went through the drive thru and asked for just 8 pieces of dark meat chicken. I get home which is 30 minutes away with traffic and I have 9 pieces (1 piece is a mystery) of mixed chicken including white meat. I don’t eat white meat because it’s thick and DRY! I wanted what I asked for and what I paid for not what y’all wanted to give me. I try to call and nobody answers the phone. Have to take it as a loss because I should’ve checked the box before pulling off. They don’t like to give receipts either but I requested one. Unfortunately, I was only interested in the amount paid so I didn’t notice that the receipt is conflicting as it states dark meat but also list pieces that are NOT dark meat. I’m annoyed!
My niece was dancing by our car and the one cashier and a few other employees today where walking out a coworker and saw and shouted ohh I liked she is 13 and told him and he laughed kinda of sick to be so close to a family park

I just got home with my drive-through order. I got the fried pickles to try and when I opened the bag the pickle cup was no more than half full. Seriously, this is ridiculous and unacceptable.

It’s 9:30 lobby is open till ten door is locked guy tells me he’s closed. Like what kind of ridiculous stuff is this. Posted hours don’t mean anything anymore.
