The location is a run-down and very untidy place. It appears to be abandoned; if this is what one can see, how will the kitchen that is not in sight be? The bathrooms are dirty, as if no one has attended to the place for many years. The cleanliness is horrible, it's nauseating.

I used to love pizza hut there new policy that you cant sit down in their enormous dining room IS RETARDED, They would rather store cardboard pizza boxeS there then let a customer sit down and eat like a human being. Do NOT order from store#36811 at 428 w St George Ave, Linden Nj! After placing an order and waiting almost one hour, I was able to see via the Door Dash tracking order was being picked up. 4 different drivers and time of arrival being changed over and over. When I contacted the restaurant they were unaware my food was not delivered by the driver! I was told I would get refund 4-5 days or make another order and wait almost another hour for delivery.

You should avoid eating here, as there is a general lack of customer service. The night staff decided to close the dining room early and wouldn’t let us eat there (one lady that I’m assuming is a manager almost ran out to tell us in an aggressive manner, to the point where the cashier who already told us had to tell her to “relax”). The bathrooms are usually dirty, but my fiancé was told he couldn’t use it. Terrible experience here
