Very disappointing the guy who helped us chris was far too busy chatting with his other coworker to pay attention to us. He was only attending me and my parents and he wasnt paying attention at all.. he made us all go up to pick out our sandwiches and we all got different sandwiches with different meats. When he took them out the toaster he asked us if we wanted anything else with it and we all picked then asked if we wanted any dressing on ours and my mom said she wanted vinegar on hers and he put it on mine and then said i dont know what sandwich belongs to who like if he was dealing with more than five people. If they were busy id understand the confusion but it was literally just me and my parents. If he would stop chatting with his coworker he would be more present. He messed up my sandwich and didnt even bother making a new one after we told him that he messed up.
THE SUBWAY INSIDE WALMART SUPERCENTER IN LINDEN IS BAD SERVICE, THE PRICE ON THE MENU IS NOT FULFILLED BECAUSE IF YOU CHOOSE SOMETHING DIFFERENT THEY WANT TO ADD MORE MONEY. PLUS THE QUALITY AND THE TREATMENT IS AWFUL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
1. Had to tell the sandwich "artist" 3 times i am getting 1 6 inch sandwich before she got her head out from the clouds.2. The 1 footlong pro i asked for looks like absolute slop.3. The artist excuse was the sandwich had a lot of items on it and it wouldnt be neat either way.Ive been coming here each time i grocery shop and always order the same sandwich it never comes out like slop.4. Asked for a supervisor and was told he isnt in and yet he comes out the backdoor for a drink.5. Artist then says "oh if youre going to complain so much then I'll make a new one" i aint a kid to be spoken down too.6. Supervisor made excuse after to excuse
Good customer service for SUBWAY® is no word they make sandwich for you as you want it
I dropped by lunch. I was checking out the SuperCenter. First things first; The place was immaculately clean. Thanks for that. I had no problem with the service, and the food was good. I would recommend.

The manager that works in the morning is very rude he doesn’t care how he talks to ppl customer service is not good he always has a attitude he comes to work with slippers on he smokes cigarettes outside and come back in without washing his hands he’s very disrespectful to I will never return there cuz he told me not after I said something about what he was doing

I just walked of this subway and the attention was below all standards??????? subway employees , as well as , walmart employees were having a ball. Screaming,long wait time for everything , no napkins.. The one colombian girl very disrespectful(im colombian). Somebody check video. Was there between 4pm 4:45pm
I ordered a veggie delite footlong online. When I picked up my sandwich there were no green peppers, olives, jalepenos, onions, pickles, or spinach. There was only lettuce and cucumbers. I mean how can you forgot all the vegetables in a veggie sandwich? I took the sandwich for lunch the day after so I couldn't even go return it. Horrible experience. I used to work at a subway for a year and never did this to a customer.
There’s an employee who’s horrible always rude employees in Walmart dont even get subway there because the employee who works there is rude disrespectful its a Spanish guy its not good customer service at all
