Quick service good ice cream
The team here consistently go above and beyond to service their customers. I've been coming to this particular location for a while now and can say I've never had a bad experience. Always kind, courteous, and have an abundance of flavors available to choose from. Definitely one of the best Ritas locations out there!
Weird experience here. Felt like I was inconveniencing the workers, by spending a good amount of time trying to decide what I wanted as the flavor I had hoped to see wasn’t on the menu. Feeling rushed to make a decision I ordered a Gelati, and when I started eating it got down to the center and it wasn’t even layered with ice cream. Just one stripe of ice cream on the side of the cup. It was a shame to see after I allowed the employee to upsell me on a large size. Overall really not a great experience won’t be returning.
I'm pretty dissapointed at the portion sizes considering the price. This is what I was given as a large custard. I just curious what on earth a small would be?
I don't think I'll be back to this location.
She charged my dog for a spoon of custard. Nobody charges dogs for. Money hungry.

My kids love it here. Close to home. Servers are very friendly and service quickly. Never a complaint from my family
Great treats but why close at 8pm in the spring? Why not close at 9pm like most other surburan Rita's. People do enjoy an ice cream or water ice after 8pm.

Always great customer service. Water ice and custard are consistently top quality. We tried a different custard stand and they did not compare a little bit to the quality at Rita's. We are so happy to have Rita's so close in our community.

Great experience! I wish the service was a little faster but overall they were friendly, helpful, ready to answer questions from my five year old and made our order with care. You can't ask for more than that. Absolutely. Place to come with your family. They have a partially enclosed seating area and open picnic tables in the grass. We will be back.
