Best mozzarella in NJ maybe even NY, he even stuffs them with nuttela. Seafood salad is awesome with some fresh brooklyn bread. Great sandwiches and Italian stuff. Pizza dough is excellent. Making myself hungry? going tomorrow.

Relocated from NYC and was really excited about this place. Especially when I read their roots were from Brooklyn. It just misses the mark unfortunately. I know we are living in a world dealing with a pandemic which may have made me a bit more critical but I’ll share my experience and leave the rest up to the reader.Placing an order: no one picked up the phone, it was odd. Leave a voicemail of your order. So you don’t know if they receive the call or if the order was even processed.When I walked into the deli area there were some things I was happy to see ...Pastosas products. If you know...you know.When I looked at the window display there was loosely wrapped meat. Not the deli display I’ve seen in the past. Maybe I’m spoiled from NY delis but I had a bit higher expectations here.I ordered 4 sandwiches and felt terrible the poor girl seemed so overwhelmed. The bread was stale and 2 were not even what I ordered. (Placed my order in person). No glove change from making a sandwich to handling a credit card. Fried chicken breast was wet breading.I think it has potential, looking at photos it looks like it was once a place that brought NY style deli’s to NJ. With the cleanliness you’d expect.Just didn’t do it for me =\

I call this marvelous restaurant many times as I love the good mood that is part of this restaurant. The team is awfuly attentive and experienced. The service is very efficient. Also, the food you get is good. I came often and I was always delighted. The price is fair. I suggest this place to to all.

The most delicious sandwiches anywhere., the Italian bread is to die for. You can’t go wrong with anything they prepare! I’m hooked!

I celebrated my birthday today in this great place. Well we enjoyed a fantastic evening and the restaurant was evidently the reason for the outstanding event. The stuff contributed in a pleasant style, the cuisine was extremely good and my guests were extremely cheerful. We shall definitely come back again for more joyful events. thanks very much.

The only place around that makes a sub with excellent cold cuts and uses real italian bread, not that rubbery bread all the other sub shops use.

I go to this marvelous place often since I love the good mood that is unique to this restaurant. The team is exceptionally cordial and qualified. The service is deeply efficient. Also, the food you eat is magnificent. I frequent more than once and I was always joyful. The payment is reasobable. I highly suggest this restaurant to to everybody.

I've been driving by A&S on my way home and seeing the “best mozzarella” sign for nine months. Finally went in and bought some mozz. HOLY MOLEY it is the best I've ever had! Hands down. Insanely fresh and flavorful. A real treat and worth the $. I will be back!

One of my go-to spots to grab some food. convenient location, well organised, and good service. I recommend this place!
