Overall, this is a convenient location for us. But the owner is rude which makes the rest of the staff unhappy too? Not sure. You're definitely not greeted with smiles or friendly faces at this business.

The staff is just plain rude. After waiting 40 minutes (for two toasted bagels with cream cheese) and seeing the people before and after me get their bagels, I went to politely check on my order. The cashier told me I must be exaggerating on the time and then moved onto ringing up the next person. I'm fine waiting for my bagel, I understand they were also short staffed but to automatically assume the customer is lying is poor customer service. Is no customer ever allowed to check on their order? Do we just blindly assume it didn't get lost in the shuffle?When I took my two bagels out of the bag, they were flattened and crushed as well.

Bagel is fine, but what’s up with the rude and miserable old man at the cash register?I just came in to order a nice little bagel and got verbally abused when he dropped his pen on the ground. Apparently I didn’t pick it up fast enough.Maybe he should stay home and not submit innocent paying customers to his bad attitude.Edit (Response): The incident he was so offended by lasted 5 seconds and you really weren’t busy at all for a holiday weekend. Now I understand why. Lol
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese. Cost $8.53. Only had 1 egg when sign says 2 and the bagel wasn’t fresh. Also undercooked bacon smh. Don’t look up on the walls they are covered with dust!! Disgusting!!

Where do I begin.... The bagels seems like they were weeks old not fresh at all. The women behind the counter could not handle any stress and seemed like she was high. After 10 minutes of waiting for a few bagels and a tub of cream cheese, I was greeted with a staggering total of 25 dollars. I don't know if I was over charged or what but that establishment has got to either bring their service standards up to meet those prices or lower their prices to the low standard bagels they are producing. I might as well go to ShopRite for the same quality. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK UNTIL I HEAR OF NEW MANAGEMENT
