Sorry, we just couldn't bring ourselves to pay $5 for a single scoop of ice cream when I can get a pint of Hagen Daz for $3.50. However, we liked the singer outside on the patio. Reminded us of Phoebe. I wonder if she sings "smelly cat"

I came when Yelp said it was closed, but it was open until 9 pm on a Tuesday in July. I got the Manasquan munchie and it was fun vanilla with tons of mix ins (potato chips, Reese pieces, pretzels, m&ms, ritz crackers and possibly more I can't remember) in a waffle cone. The ice cream was good, but the waffle cone wasn't as fresh as I would have liked. (But others in my group enjoyed their's). The prices were common for a beach ice cream place and there were nice places to eat inside and outside.

Seriously great ice cream. Better than anything around (and I've tried them all!!). So many awesome flavors--especially the super creative special flavors. You can tell this is really HOMEMADE ice cream. They even have dairy-free options. Worth the wait even when the line is out the door!!

All of their flavors are all natural and they even make vegan ice cream! The chocolate mint and the salted caramel are my favorites. I didn't like caramel until I tasted theirs. Now its a favorite! Best ice cream around.

We stopped in for ice cream this evening and we brought our 23 month old twin girls. It was their first time going for ice cream! We went to pay and one of the girls behind the counter told us the owner Mike said the ice cream was on him! He saw the girls and wanted to treat them! Him and his wife were there and they were so incredibly sweet for doing this! My girls have a milk allergy so we ordered the vegan flavors and it was delicious!! We love Norton’s Main Scoop!

Very cool, local, old time ice cream parlour. Located in central downtown Manasquan. Best ice cream around especially when there are many choices around locally. Kids ride their bikes there all the time and handle on their own.

Atmosphere was so inviting and I just love all the seating outside where you can enjoy all downtown Manasquan has to offer. Most definitely our new destination ice cream location of choice! - Try the brownie bits! Soft, chewy chocolate at its finest!

I really love this place. We've stopped here after visiting the beach two years in a row during a weekend trip and it was the perfect way to end our trip. Very clean and esthetically pleasing. They always have a few unique flavors and many toppings to choose from. The price is a little higher than you would expect but the quality is worth it.
