Everything was decent at best. I had hoped for better based upon the reviews I read. Clams casino were just okay tasting but the portion is definitely larger than average. Buffalo shrimp were also just okay. Service was good.

Robert's Place has great wings, cold beer, and good music. It's a neighborhood bar that locals go, and in the summer, it's hard to get into. (Seating is limited, so go early and take your time) Nothing fancy, and I think that's what makes it so special. A fun-loving crowd, people friendly atmosphere, and what you see is what you get. The servers are hard working. So be kind and be patient, please, and they will take care of you. First off. Cash only with ATM on premise. Old school bar, shotgun bar with 8 tables. Outside seating in season. All beers are bottle/can and ice cold. Had a grilled cheese, not bad. Fries are crispy. Bartender and waitress weee very nice. Restroom was small but very clean and well stocked. Lunch specials daily. Parking is on the street and could be problematic in the summer.

Mid bar food, which is being generous. The Buffalo sauce is delicious and served with celery and blue cheese. The wings have a decent amount of breading/batter but are small. The chicken sandwich was OK. The Buffalo shrimp are heavily breaded/battered. Good beer selection. Friendly bartenders.

We just returned from the outside space on the side of Roberts, and I would like to say that the atmosphere is very nice, clean and comfy, and the drinks good.Our server was lovely, but the food was a disappointment. We had the roast beef sandwich and the seared tuna tacos. I don’t know where the tuna was, but it was not in my tocos. As for the roast beef- nice roll, but you need to be ready to gather the bit of beef together to make a decent half sandwich. So, go out to the street front and order from the old menu if available, Went home and made myself a nice sandwich of Aversa’s tuna, yum.
