I love this Starbucks and Conan was extremely helpful with my requests on preferential drinks as I have been dealing with health issues. Amazing staff!

Hands down the worst Starbucks ever. Bad coffee, poor service, long wait. What else can go wrong in a coffee shop. This is what happens when you leave a bunch of kids incharge. I ordered a caramel frap with coffee in it. It felt like I am drinking sugar syrup. There wasn't any coffee no caramel..first they made the entire order wrong and tried to cover it up with even worse creation. Ignorant staff. Never again. I guess Statbucks giving competition to Dunkin in poor quality.

I’ve been coming here for a few months and every time I order a salted caramel cold brew - it’s bitter and doesn’t taste like caramel at all. They’re making it incorrectly. I don’t know if it’s because they don’t have the ingredients or they just don’t know what they’re doing. Today I tried ordering something else since I’ve given up on my cold brew. And they managed to forget the caramel in my caramel vanilla iced coffee too. And I ordered a pup cup and they handed me a cup of melted whipped cream that was spilling out so I told them to toss it. Now I’m driving out of my way to go to the Mount Laurel location because they’re much better. I wish this location knew what they were doing - every kid I’ve had take my order here messes it up for some reason.

I placed my order at the wrong location by mistake and the person working the counter was so quick to help me and get my order made. They made my entire order for me so I didn’t have to travel to the other store. It was completely my fault but they handled It so nicely and treated me so nicely. I love this Starbucks and will be sure to always get my coffee there going forward!

I used to come here before work all the time but I came yesterday ordered 2 drinks ahead on the app when I got there my latte was suppose to be hot not iced and I watched as they poured and steamed the ice latte and it tasted horrible! Very disappointed in myself for always tipping well even for bad service! And I did ask for it to be remade hence me telling you that the employee just steamed the iced latee to make it hot that was great resolution!
