Alot of deep fried food in the menu. The fried calamari was excellent . Fried shrimp entrée with mango coconut sauce was sweet and yummy. My party enjoyed their stewed ox tail, stewed short ribs, and fried fish fillets. Food ratted at 4.1. Service at 4.3. Overall excellent but too sweet for my dinner palette.

Ordered a chicken sandwich, requested not vine ripe tomatoes but regular tomatoes instead, didn't get any. When called to ask about it, I was told they do not put regular tomatoes even if the customer requested it, then asked if they don't have it and was told yes they have it but for other meals and also they don't have it cut in slices, therefore, it doesn't matter, they just not going to put it.And the sandwich does not describe coming with onions, what about if the customer don't like onions? Or has any reaction to it?The chicken breast is cold and hard, obviously not made upon request. Why you can give me why I want after choosing you over other options? Why you can provide a full description of what you're selling? Why you can't just provide a good experience? Why is so hard?

Standards have dropped massively here.Service: SlowFood: Cold rice being served. Tostones seemed like were reheated when they should’ve been made to order. Beef was dry for the carne con papas. The plating of dishes is extremely lazy now. Only thing that’s still solid is the chicharrón de pollo.Atmosphere: There were little tiny ants crawling around, with one of them even being in the checkbook they gave me with the bill.A few years back this was one of my favorites places, now I have no desire to come back. Shameful honestly.

Ordered two glasses of their virgin drinks, beef empanadas, calamari, chicken ropa vieja, and churrasco. Food was average, mostly authentic I suppose. Ordered my churrasco medium rare and received it well done. The server never made it to ask about our meals. Still ate it since we came hungry. The atmosphere was pleasant. Seems like a great place for large parties and celebrations

I’ve been going there for years and when I visited recently I saw that they added a lot more non meat options which is great. The food and atmosphere are always great. My recommendation is the queso frito and garden paella if you’re vegetarian. And as always it’s BYOB.Vegetarian options: Garden Paella is the only vegetarian dish. However they do offer impossible plant based meat substitutes for a good number of their non veggie dishes.

The whole price is horrible, super expensive, everything is terrible... the food is super horrible and cold, we even got a stomach virus, and the waitress gives an attitude as if the food is free...

I am totally disappointed in this place and I am very sad because I have been there before and everything was always spectacular. Today I went to dinner with my parents and husband. The food literally arrived in 3 minutes and it arrived cold as if the dishes were already cooked there. They were not aesthetic at all with the dishes the one who served us was a super rude waiter rushing with the meals, I ordered ropavieja and they gave it to me filled with bay leaves and the meat was like a soup, my husband ordered grilled breast with tostones and They brought the fried plantain he called the waiter and he brought the cold tostones, the grilled breast didn't taste like anything, hire cooks who are worth it and who really honor Cuban food because that was a disgusting food

Very cute place! You feel as if you are actually eating in Cuba. Staff was friendly. Wasn’t the best Cuban food I have had, but it was still good. They don’t sell alcoholic beverages here, but they allow you to bring your own. I ordered a virgin watermelon mojito, but I honestly didn’t like it. It did not taste good. My friends ordered a pina colada and they all loved it (5/5) . Prices are reasonable. They also play good Latin music so that was a plus!
