I ordered a poke bowl with tuna and salmon and I am regretting it so much. Food poisoning is no joke. If a place is going to serve fish it needs to be fresh and handled with care. Won’t be returning- let alone have another poke bowl anywhere

During my visit, I experience good customer service; an employee helps me navigate the menu toward a Vegan option which I order, Vegan AF. I like the ingredients of the meal mixing together than apart; the Marinated Shiitake and the Pickled Ginger bring the most flavor to the meal without the Sweet Sesame Sauce which adds an entirely different flavor to the meal (which I enjoy altogether the more). The Tofu, Edamame, and Mango don't really add notable flavoring though provide different noticeable textural senses due to the Brown Rice being of a rougher texture in comparison to the other ingredients.

The BEST poke around! I'm not even exaggerating. I have tried so many other places, even in other states... nothing, NOTHING compares to Proven Poke Co. The ingredients are always fresh, made to order, overall just a perfect build-your-own poke bowl (sometimes I get the burrito if I'm feeling funky). However, the portions are getting smaller and more expensive. I've been a loyal customer since Jan 2021 and have watched the amount of pineapple in my bowl decrease in size and amount. The kahuna bowl is just the same size as the regular with (a little) extra protein. I'll miss the good ol' days, but I will always vouch for Proven Poke Co.Also, all the employees, mainly the younger ones, are very friendly. Their customer service is on point and they always deliver with a smile.

Very good but a treat as it is also pretty expensive. End up spending $20 for a takeout lunch fairly regularly. Guy behind the counter is always nice and it is easy to order from their kiosk. They also have a soda fountain and that is rare in this area.

Food was pretty good but the rice was stuck to the bottom of the bowl which makes chopsticks pointless, really. The business is in an area which can be tough for parking. So plan accordingly.I heard it was big on take out. Which makes sense. Unfortunately the proven classic sauce was pretty spicy. More than expected, which made it a little uncomfortable to eat. But, food was fresh.

We had a great dine in experience last Friday with my family. Even though we were ordering 45 minutes before closing, they didn't rush us. I had my 19 month old with me so she was taking her time to eat her meal. They were pleasant and even asked if we were doing okay.On top of the great service, the food was amazing! We had 4 poke bowls and 2 take-out bowls.Today, I just ordered 3 poke bowls again. Compared to other poke food services, they are very generous with the toppings and the protein. And, their sauce is also great!Thank you!

Stopped in for a poke bowl. What a pleasant delightful surprise. The poke was DELISH! The tuna was chilled to perfection and the octopus was tender and sweet. The staff are so friendly, accommodating and extremely professional. What a find! Cannot wait to go back! Oh and the restaurant......spotless and shiny!

Really good! Built my own plant based bowl and especially liked the mushroom and seaweed additions. I was expecting it to be a little bigger so next time I'd order the larger size!

Delicious! The food was fresh and flavorful. They have vegetarian options. The Vegan AF bowl is so good!

Had this spot on my radar for some time and finally made it in! Many options and steps on the menu but the signage was clear and easy to understand. The employee also started by asking if it was my first time (it was) which prompted them to explain how to order - that was nice and I was smoothly walked through the build-your-own bowl process.I'm from California and the one thing I miss most about the Bay Area is the diversity of quality cultural food I had easy access to. Here is why I didn't give 5 stars: I wonder if it's just me but I was shocked when I picked scallops as one of my proteins and they were cooked! That was disappointing.I also bit into a bone remnant, but I'm easygoing so that didn't overly affect me. In my opinion, the ahi marinade was quite salty so picking the regular version of the fishes is the way to go. In my poke, I personally like to go with ponzu and/or sesame to keep the flavors light and avoid overpowering the actual fish.
