The service is standard, but the food is of good quality and the place is clean. Plus, it's incredibly convenient, located just seconds away from the hotel where I'm staying, which is great for a quick and hassle-free meal.

Excellent . I have pretty much tried everything there. Breakfast lunch. As well as take out for several friends in family functions. Everything I order was right on the money. Along with all the necessary utensils and condiments that go with it. ? Very friendly greeting everybody having a good time and working together. Fast Pace service most of all the cleanest dunkin' donuts I've ever been in. all condiments and utensils were easily accessible

I order for mobile pick up. The service is quick and the order is always correct.Their food and hot drinks can be described as lukewarm at best. At first I thought it was my error. Perhaps the order was sitting too long before I was able to get to it. However, the last two times I've placed my order in the parking lot and gone into the store almost immediately. I've watched them package my items up and held the bag folded shut despite the ambient temperature outside to be warm. To no avail, when I get to my car in the parking lot the items are barely warm.Are they pre-cooking and reheating the food items? Are they using low power?I've gone multiple times because it's convenient, but I can't figure it out. Wish they would improve.
