Dunkin'

The kid who worked here on 9/1 is very rude . First he made my coffee horrible. It tastes really bad just icy and watery. Should have brought it back to him and have him redone it. Then i made another order , the wrong drink thru the app and told him that the order was placed wrong and told him I can’t drink this and asked him to replace my drink. He refused to replace my drink and told me that he will charge me an additional charge . I’m giving you back the drink and politely asking you to make me another drink. Dunkin’ Donuts all location always have better service and no one has done what this kid done. They always remake drinks for people . I paid five dollars for a drink that went down the drain. I’m calling corporate on this kid and getting my money back .

I either walk-in and order or Order on line. They always make my food and coffee just the way I like ?? never any issues with service I give them a 10 out of 10.

I don't go out of my way to rate a place like Dunkin, but this was such a pleasant experience. Clean, didn't smell, spacious, and both the staff and patrons were very friendly. I would rather drive the 15 min to come here.

If you like your coffee a specific way do not go here. The staff completely ignores you. I live around the corner so it’s a convenient location, however without exaggeration at least 30 times I have asked for an iced coffee with a tiny bit of almond milk.

5 seconds later they proceed to fill half the cup with milk, barely put any coffee, and hand it to you.

It happened so much it turned into asking the same thing 20 different ways, me apologizing when 5 seconds later they make it after ignoring you, and then still getting back a medium iced milk with a splash of coffee.

I’m finally done. Beware.

I didn't like DD coffee. I don't go to any DD stores

My food was good. Ordered on the app. Hardly any seats. Not super friendly…Rest room was clean. Gotta get a key.

Donuts were horrible quality...old and crusty. Iced caramel macchiato was all milk. Went back in and ask for more expresso and the woman poured something in it and gave it back. Still couldn't drink it...yuck! Worst Dunkin we've ever been to.

Received rock hard donuts and when I returned to complain she said “you were late”…I was there within 10 minutes of when I ordered. Consistently messes up my orders. Will not be returning. Contacted corporate about this horrible establishment.

Dude at the counter was friendly and took my order. From there, things went downhill. I was one of three customers in store. Each of our simple orders were made wrong or missing items. When I told the worker I was missing an item, she said "yes" and walked away. I admire her chill, but I paid for that other wrap. I got a different workers attention. She listened, then carefully checked my bag tag and counted the lonely, single wrap in the bag before shuffling off to make another. Perhaps that eagle eyed attention to detail would have been better used earlier when the original order was placed? I don't know, I'm just a dumb civilian.

Hadn't visited this Dunkin Donuts since I was in my 30's, I'm 63 now. Staff was great, I had three people working to get my rather large order of Donuts and coffee caddies ready, and since I made a last minute decision to go there I obviously didn't call ahead. They were quick, efficient and friendly. While I was writing this post I just remembered I neglected to tip them, which I will remedy in the morning.

I love this Dunkin’!! The staff is the best!! Always a warm welcome, as I buy my morning coffee here Mon-Fri. Highly recommend this location.
