We had just left my husband s mothers going home service. We just needed a peaceful setting so we decided Ruby's .They did not disappoint us the service was quick the food was even better it was served hot and flavorful. We never had to wonder where are server was. We had no issues with giving a generous tip.
We just started going there recently & ate there again tonight ! Not much meat on the ribs, no to subbing chicken fingers instead of ribs in the steak combo, no reason for that, server forgot to take our coupon off the check, freezing & need some heat, people were wearing their coats, steak was more well done than medium well, & not many diners ! We wonder why no dinner rolls & an extra charge for salad bar ? Sangria was good & new longer straws !

First thing first Eric our server was awesome. He helped answer all our questions and was friendly and welcoming. He also kept his composure when the table next to us was rude and were unreasonably trying to use 3 coupons which each said 1 per visit for 2 people. Over all great visit! I'm sorry he, and whoever the Miss was that had to come out, had to deal with d*** customers though.
