the food wasn’t good at all. ordered chicken pho. although quantity was good, the taste of the broth wasn’t pleasant. the rice noodles weren’t as tasty as expected. have had better vietnamese food. the place was quiet and the server wasn’t warm/friendly. very pricey too. the thai iced tea could’ve been better.

I found this place because of the great reviews and wanted to try a good bowl of Pho. Let me tell you right away: get the small size! After ordering, I saw people at the next table asking for takeout containers for their leftover Pho, and now I understand why.
I ordered the chicken pho for $17. The portion was enormous, but honestly, I’d recommend the small one for $12, it’s definitely enough. The broth was a bit too salty for me and didn’t have that deep, rich flavor I usually expect from Pho. There was a lot of chicken and noodles, though, so it’s a hearty bowl.
The place itself is spacious with plenty of seating, but our table wasn’t very clean when we sat down. Service was quick, probably because it wasn’t too busy. Overall, not the best pho I’ve had, but not bad either, a solid 4 stars.

Simply, great Vietnamese food in New Brunswick. The restaurant is simple and a popular place for takeout but great to eat in as well. The pork and shrimp spring rolls (A4) are massive and delicious, paired with an excellent peanut sauce. We both ordered bun (noodle bowls) which were MASSIVE and covered in “toppings”. LOVE that many come with a little egg roll as a part of the bowls, but the noodle bowl with grilled chicken, shrimp & eggroll (N5) was full of protein and the vinegar fish sauce “dressing” was perfect with the vermicelli rice noodles. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back.

Bad food, bad service. I’ve spent time in Vietnam and live in NYC so I know good Vietnamese food and this doesn’t come anywhere close. Add in bad service and this is not a place worth going to. Skip this place and eat at another wonderful international cuisine on offer in New Brunswick.

Nice Vietnamese food place. Our order was brought at lightning speed!! We loved the chicken noodle bowl (Bun) and also the chicken soup bowl (Pho). The soup was hot and perfect for the weather while it was wet & cold outside. The noodle bowl came with a fresh & crispy spring roll. Both dishes had mint leaves, which gave a nice flavor boost. The place is located in a downtown area and the parking can be a challenge to find. We were able to park a block down and walk over on a Saturday. Not sure how it will be on a weekday. Overall, nice place to try out.

Indochine catered our babyshower. Needless to say there was more than enough food for 70+ guests and everyone raved about it. The food was delicious and Sameh was extremely easy to work with. He was communicative, flexible, and even went above and beyond with our setup while we were busy finalizing logistics of the babyshower. We are very thankful. It's clear they put a lot of TLC into their food and service and we will 100% cater from them again in the future and recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a local caterer!

I don't know why I don't come here more often...it is so easy to order and get some very tasty food at good prices. Today's pick was their traditional pork sandwich which I'd never had. The sandwich was exquisite! A great balance of veggies with flavors complimenting the seasoned pork on a wonderful, fresh roll. Dang...this could become a habit! The Jasmine was the right beverage to cleanse the palette for the next sumptuous bite! Nice job and thank you 🙏

The spring rolls stole the show, like an A-List celebrity in a b-tier movie, and you know what else not only stole the show but my heart? That goddamn peanut sauce. Put it in an iv bag and infuse it with my blood stream. The pho was delectable as well, filling my insides such a spectacle of wondrous flavors and seasoning. Amen. 5/5 great date spot.

The noodle bowls here are excellent. Every single time they offer a coupon I pick one up for dinner.
I stopped going when I found not one but TWO GIANT fly's 🦟on my bowl. Not to mention the soup is OVERLY SALTY. I rather go hungry than to come here

Edit: Terrible service!!. Server was constantly on the phone and serving water after asking twice and take incorrect order. Other worker eat their lunch with loud cellphone videos. The service was quite disappointing, yet the pho they serve is truly delicious but atmosphere made it not joyable. I would rate the food a solid 4 out of 5, but the service and ambiance only deserve a 2 out of 5..
This place is absolutely fantastic when it comes to dining in the New Brunswick area! The dish I had was meticulously crafted, and the broth was simply divine, with a delightful mix of vegetables and tofu. The serving size was more than generous, and the prices were quite reasonable. The summer roll was a burst of flavors, and the peanut sauce had a unique twist compared to other Vietnamese eateries. Our server was incredibly welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. The ambiance is average but, offering delicious food, impeccable service, and a wide array of vegetarian choices. And let's not forget the hot green tea, which was simply exquisite and offered a distinct taste that set it apart. In conclusion, our server was exceptionally friendly, and the overall dining experience at this location is unparalleled, boasting delectable dishes, excellent service, and an extensive vegetarian menu.

The food and service are excellent!! The flavors are just as they are in Hanoi, which I have visited a number of times, and the hot Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk is made with a phin and brought to your table, just as in Vietnam.
The $12 lunch specials are great, you get a lot of good food for that price.
