The employee working had an upbeat attitude while dealing with the rush yesterday and working alone. My drink was refreshing and I enjoyed the flavor. The only downside was that the tapioca pearls were not as chewy as I am used to and had a hard center.
The bubble tea was okay. They didn't have many flavors to choose from. The size was reasonable for the price. I got a mango bubble tea and the bubbles were not that good. Half of mine were frozen.

Before the pandemic, this was my to-go to place for good KBG. I loved making my own bowl with all the options and it filled me up really well. However, during/after the pandemic, the quality of the food did go down. The rice was dryer, everything started to taste more bland than before. I gave it 2 tries before I completely gave up on it. Hopefully it starts picking up in quality again soon, it was so good.
