Before the pandemic, this was my to-go to place for good KBG. I loved making my own bowl with all the options and it filled me up really well. However, during/after the pandemic, the quality of the food did go down. The rice was dryer, everything started to taste more bland than before. I gave it 2 tries before I completely gave up on it. Hopefully it starts picking up in quality again soon, it was so good.

The bubble tea was good.I also got a 6pc chicken dumling which was also good.The employees, two younger guys, were absolutely horrible. The one making the bubble tea misunderstood when i asked for honeydew milk tea with bobba and made the fruit tea. And then when I pointed it out. He rolled his eyes, sighed and told me "well I already made this...so..." the slightly less rude guy told him he'd make it, still seeming to be annoyed as well though. And as I was ordering, my questions and and requests were blatantly ignored and never bother to answer me. Hence why the first guy got my order for bubble tea wrong. And then the other one almost got the amout of dumplings I wanted wrong as well. Overall it was an incredibly unpleasant experience. And nothing I ordered was honestly good enough to get me to come back or order from this place again. Horrible customer service. Decent food and drink.

This is one of the worst bubble tea places in know. There staff is very rude and unfriendly they never get my order right and even if they do it's no fresh it's probaly some left overs from the morring or so. I personally love Vivi's bubble tea but this one over here is disgusting and a disgrace to the rest of the franchise's.

I went to get a Taro milk tea around 3:50 pm on 5/24/20. One of the workers there was not wearing a mask, which is highly irresponsible, given the current public health situation. They had a sign on the door requiring people to wear masks. Secondly, he got my order wrong, after I clearly mentioned what I wanted. The wrong order situation doesn't bother me as much as the choice by the worker there to not wear a mask. Won't be going back to this establishment ever again.
