Food is just okay, system of order taking is confusing. New owners and it appears no adult leadership. Food not as good as previously. Tried 2 more times and will try once more before I cross off the list.Parking: Plenty of parking, large lot with easy access and exit,Wheelchair accessibility: One level plenty of room for wheel chairs.

I had expectations being that the name of the eatery is "Coppola"...but actually experiencing the establishment, it was disappointing...it is true dont judge a book by its cover but the customer experience was as expected for a pizza parlor but the REASON for messing up on an order was unacceptable. The answer to this dabocle is: make sure your "specials" in the store MATCH your "specials" online. As i read other customer experience reviews, this seems to be an on going issue with a super simple fix. Everything must match. Be it food prices, special dishes, etc. Save your customers the time and let them know online specials are different from when you call in. We obviously are not there to read the whiteboard specials which are NOT listed on your website..somethings gotta give!!When I called to place the order I specified the pesto special from their website. After discovering my meal was incorrect. I called them to see about getting the correct meal made. The woman on the phone was beyond rude and pretty much told me I was the one who ordered incorrecly and that what they made was right. NOTHING on their website specials were remotely close to whatever they gave me. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And to top it all off, the dish they did make me I couldnt even eat due to an allergy.

Just picked up a pizza and it is mediocre at best. Crust, there is none, just cardboard bread, just not tasty. 6 slices to the garbage. Cold antipasto with vinaigrette, it tastes like Russian dressing with balsamic vinegar in it. I wish this place would call Gordon

My husband and I had a delicious dinner on Thursday. The seafood combo was high quality and a nice portion. The soup and pasta was top notch. We shall be back soon! - Cathleen and

Staff unfriendly with the exception of cashier. Gloves not worn by staff. I did not like the bread my sub was served on!

The sit down dining room is now reopened for weekends! I had the vegetarian lasagna, and my friend had the orecchiette. Both were cooked really well, and my lasagna had a wonderful light tomato sauce. Nice servers who were knowledgable and eager to please. BYOB and a pleasant wood-paneled atmosphere. As you can tell from the pictures, big portions - I look forward to coming back!

Coppola’s dining room is open for business again. We had a fabulous well prepared dinner Saturday night. Dishes arrived hot and were delicious. The Veal Alla Coppola ,in particular, was just amazing. I highly recommend dining there. We will definitely be going back.

From the warm welcome at the door to the bread bowl, appetizers, salad, main course and cappuccino and dessert, Corolla aced it. If you like fine food perfectly prepared in a relaxed atmosphere, this restaurant is a must. Be sure to try the veal alla Coppola paired with your favorite wine from home (BYOB). You won’t be disappointed.

Spent $85 on takeout - 2 pizzas (white pizza with broccoli and a regular pie) and a salad. We ate 4 slices and threw the rest away - a first for us. The only positive was the food was ready when we arrived.

My first visit to Coppola’s was excellent. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They have a wide variety of gourmet pizzas with unique recipes. So many vegetarian options and all the veggies are sautéed, which elevates the flavor! Had the opportunity to try a bunch of slices including: mushroom, cream of broccoli, potato and onion, olive and pepper, grandma’s original. All were too delicious to pick a favorite. Definitely going back next time I’m in New Jersey!

I grab a pizza and/or calzone every time I'm in town and the food is always delicious and the staff are always nice. I somehow managed to order a cheese pizza without the pepperoni this last time and saw the receipt so I went early to make sure it had pepperoni on it. The order was already completed and it was a few minutes before closing but they were nice enough to add the pepperoni and put it back in the oven without burning it. I will always come back here!!

I used to love Coppola’s and was worried when it was sold, but was relieved when I was told that all recipes and staff would stay the same. Unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. Some of the staff is still there, but maybe new faces do not know the menu, are not friendly and do not help. There just seems to be a lack of training. And the pizza itself has unfortunately changed. The crust is thinner and more burned, the sauce is sweeter, and the cheese is just kind of bland. Many of the specials they used to have are regularly not out, and all the pizza is much greasier. It’s a shame, and while I was hoping it was just transition pains, it has been months and I’m afraid this is the new Coppola’s
