I'd give it a 0 but not an option. I tried calling this location and they failed to answer to change the pickup time. They proceeded to put the phone offline. My hot sandwiches ended up ice cold. Poor customer service.

Super friendly employees. I got two subs. A 8 & 14. I asked for rosemary bread and they made it on wheat. No biggie. I am a fan and will be back.

Was first in line, employee told me she would be right with me, she continued making sandwiches but never helped me after waiting there 5 minutes!? Don’t understand why they weren’t helping there walk in customers. If you don’t want my business I will go elsewhere!!!

This place must have just rotated the staff completely. Everyone is clearly new, and untrained. Not only has the food quality dipped, which is to be expected with new management, but the staff are incredibly rude. I’m not going back and i’m telling everyone i know to stay away. If everyone there feels that this is the way to behave towards customers then the store needs to close.

i am honestly disgusted with the way the employees treated me. i ordered one sandwich and the workers (two girls) who were making it stared at my sandwich and started laughing and saying who would ordered that which is very rude. then she asked me if i wanted another sandwich and i said yes and she said “you have to order it all at once that’s how this works” in a very rude tone. then when i was checking out i asked for a bag and she threw my sandwiches in the bag and then threw the bag at me with a disgusted look at her face and laughed. never coming back here so rude. don’t come here

I bought a mini Italian sub and got food poisoning about 6hours later. When I went to go fill up my soda with ice. The ice machine dispensed a few ice cubes with black dots on them. Absolutely disgusting. Not coming back.

Absolute rockstar team under pressure! The customer service team today was efficient and courteous regardless of some of the hangry customers.I ordered on the mobile app ahead of time, and even if it's 20 minutes over the expected time this visit, I don't mind--their quality is excellent. Plus, it's the lunch rush, it's what you expect from a place in high demand.We've been coming here for the last few months for my dad's favorite giant sub--it's worth the wait.

Everytime I go there’s at least 5 orders being prepped or waiting. The one guy who is running the show and making sandwiches always seems overwhelmed. Everytime he makes mistakes on my sandwiches. Wrong cheese. Wrong bread. But honestly it’s hardly his fault. They need more staff. But also they need more accuracy because with legit Italian subs just a few doors down, I’m about ready to give up on this branch after this 4th time I’ve had an issue with my order.

nobody ever picks up the phone at this location. they've forgotten items from my order, charged me for it, and then made me use my app to reorder the missing items....and charged me again for it.
