I give out stars based on what I'd expect and what I get. I needed a place near hotel row at EWR airport, and Brazilian/Portuguese BBQ sounded like a good idea. And it was indeed. Caveats: Don't come here for the decor, ambiance and luxurious service. It's barely more than a burgundy colored cafeteria, with just enough service to get by. Come for the food. Very delicious food ..The place is small, but the taste makes it great ... and the dishes are for people eaten. Hahaha..The fish onions are worth mentioning because they do NOT use that red color, which inflates your belly .. and the delicious humitas. The food was just OK....not bad, but nothing to get excited about. At the suggestion of the server I had the beef ribs. Not real tender and not real flavorful. The above being said the service was excellent. Multiple servers checked with us multiple times and they were all friendly and helpful.
