The art of customer service is definitely lost. Male owner has the WORST attitude!! Never coming back here again. They want to charge you for everything..$3 cut nails, $3 change style, $18 fill in based on nail length, $10 for gel. Had the nerve to tell me they did me a favor by not charging to remove, I quote: "all these ughhh too much" (in my Jackie Chan voice). Then as if this wasn't bad enough, I'm then informed EACH rhinestone is FIFTY (50) CENTS EACH!!!...read full review
HORRIBLE! I called at 11am to make an appointment they said they could only take me at 4pm I show up at 3:50 letting them know I called and I had an appointment for 4pm and I wait patiently seeing that the technician is only half way done with the last client! I ask at 4:10pm when will I be taken for my appointment? He said you are next!
