So sad to read of a place I lived during my childhood in the 70s has drastically gone down. It was a very upscale and beautifully kept community back then. I hope someday they get people that actually cares and will make much needed improvements fir the safety of all.

Awful place to live. Do not waste money. No you do not get your apartment sprayed on time. Yes they are infested with everything you could think of. Yes, the management is rude and they favor each other and will get you put out of your place. Yes they do not like black people. Yes, they are bigots. Yes they are demeaning. They purposely ignore requests. If you are not Latino you are out of luck. They also had to board my air conditioner that DOESNT work- up for rats, stove also doesn’t work.

One of architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's masterworks hidden in plain sight in Newark NJ. Construction started in 1958 and the building opened in 1960. Lovely Miesian exterior in beautiful setting close to Branch Brook Park. It would be great to see the building being restored to its former architectural glory. The nearby Pavilion Towers were also designed by Mies van der Rohe (1886-1969) and offer the opportunity to see three original Mies buildings in close proximity.

Believe every single review you read about this apartment building. It's all TRUE!! I been here six months. In the middle of the heat wave this summer my air conditioner broke. They NEVER fixed it! I've left several requests and several emails with no resolution at all! They turn the hot water off in the middle of the night, and the past two days I have no hot water at all! It's ridiculous! I'm looking for another apartment right now! They should not be allowed to be renting apartments to people and need to be investigated! You as a tenant here have no rights!! They are slumlords!

ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET INTOUCH WITH ANYBODY. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONES. DOOR ALWAYS CLOSED . I THINK HIDING IN THE BACK. WE ARE DYING WITH RATS AND ROACHES. ALMOST A YEAR REQUESTING APPOINTMENT TO BE PAINTED.I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THEY PASSED STATE INSPECTION.RIGHT NOW WAITING FOR STATE INSPECTION TO COME INSPECT THE APARTMENT.

I lived there for a year. Was there when the old management was there and hated them. Then when the newer staff took over, I loved them! The staff was understanding and worked well with you as long as you kept up with what you needed.
