Great service, good boba, and the pastries are really incredible— when they’re in stock, anyway. Frustratingly, whoever manages the stock for this place has been pretty negligent lately. It’s not always like this when I visited, but they were out of large and medium cups cups, nearly all of the pastries, lettuce, and all the burger meat. I love this place, and the workers are the kindest people on the planet, so I hope they get this resolved soon.

The absolute worst customer service and food. As a business owner I pride on my clients feeling good when they are in my establishment or feeling good. The owner should re evaluate how the staff deals with people. I know the area has a lot of children but I am definitely not that and felt like the customer service sucked and I waisted my money

Like the last reviewer; I too went to Elan on my way to work as usual and had an amazing experience with Maria!! She is always pleasant; even if I’m groggy and still half asleep! I have been a patron since Elan opened and enjoy going there. Keep up the good work and I will see you girls Monday morning!!!!

I’ve been going to elan since they first opened I’ve been a loyal customer and I’ve never had a bad experienceThis Friday the 5th early in the morning the female barista messed my order up multiple timesI asked for an iced coffee light and sweet with French vanilla and she gave me a hot black coffee and I had to remind her that it was an iced coffee light and sweet with French vanilla then gave me black iced coffee and then I had to remind her AGAIN that it was an iced coffee light and sweet with French vanilla. Then she took the ice coffee back and put milk in it but no sugar or French vanilla.I also ordered a breakfast sandwich and the order was not what I asked for.I was very disappointed.They have to do better

Disappointed. Came for the items that I saw in the photos. To my dismay they didn’t have either item. The gelato waffle and the waffle with strawberries as a back up. The servers were pleasant and the spot is nice. But the menu was no bueno. I’ll come back and try lunch or a desert or something. It’s a nice spot to crack open a laptop and get some work done.

Cute cafe!! Needed a place to work since the WiFi in our Airbnb wasn't suitable. The coffee and treats are very good. I received my order quickly and the service is friendly!
I love the buffalo chicken wrap. The ingredients are so fresh and tasty. They also have a wonderful tea selection and the workers are so friendly!

This place stinks now! They fired most of their good workers and hired new rude workers. The kitchen messes up my order every time and never offers to fix it. And honestly the pricing is getting outrageous (the price has stayed the same the quality of food has gone down) Why am I paying $11 for a wrap that 80% lettuce 15% sauce and 5% chicken? Make it make sense. Very disappointed with this place lately unfortunately
