Very nice home style place. Good coffee and food. Very reasonably priced. A lot of locals eat here and this is always an indication of quality. Try it!!

Very good service.Food is ok not very flavorful but no worries they have seasonings. Filled with very nice people and and good workers. It's kind of loud and the chairs are very noisy when moved. Good place deserves a 4 but from the ups and downs I believe 3 matches just right I would recommend eating here.

Although it doesn't have that old-world charm in its interior design, this café/buffet/bakery easily makes up for it in the good food, excellent cappuccino (a must try!), friendly and always smiling staff, and its clientele, which is mostly made up of Portuguese and Spanish speaking folks who enjoy a moment of conversation. They serve a hot lunch buffet beyond the various filled, baked delicious goods on display. One of my favorites is a sweet treat: custard cups; it was always a delight and cause of excitement to take them home to my children, too.

I went to this coffee shop and purchase the coffee. As I drink my coffee while grading some of my paperwork. I noticed that I was in a bigger table than the rest so I asked this lady if she needed to use it since there was no more tables available. The lady said no that it would be still too small for her because she had more people coming, so I had nowhere else to change, the owner of the business came to me and started saying I was wasting space in his bakery. He said that I was taking up too much space and wasting his chairs. I explain to him that I had asked the lady if she wanted to move because I did notice that the table was bigger than the other ones, but she didn’t want to and it was the only table in the establishment and I told him that I paid for the coffee as well. I was rudely and disrespectfully treated. Yet the owner treated me badly with the loud voice kept on saying I was wasting space.

Had to come.in not once but twice. The first time it was in and out. The place was packed up and very hot inside. Came back a day later in the morning and it was something else. The place has a huge Portuguese flag outside, the name is Portuguese but the staff is Spanish. I started speaking fluent Portuguese and again had to switch to Spanish bc the staff doesn't understand Portuguese. FINE! That morning the place was clean, the staff was pleasant but the music...LOWER THE MUSIC! AT 8AM on a Sunday they are playing Bachata , salsa at high volume, blasting! Sorry, but we are barely awake, or hung over (not ort case). We just wanted to have a peaceful breakfast, put some fado or more mellow songs even salsa but not blasting! Please!!!!

I bought a couple Pasties de Nata. They were ok. If you're in the area, they're worth a try.
