DO NOT GO HERE. Sketchy online payment service. I ordered online and was charged but then one location was closed when it said it was open and I was able to place my order. I contacted the other location to pick up my order they said a manager would call me. It’s been over 2 weeks and I have not been refunded. They said if I wanted my food I would have to pay again. I’ve tried to reach out but they ignore and brushed me off. Will be filing a dispute with my bank since these frauds will not refund me for food I was never able to get. And my card info was leaked to scammers so now I have to get a new card.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. Had to call 4 times for a simple order. They never sent the delivery and then proceeded to pretend that the order was sent after calling several times.

Service is basic. Food is overpriced. Waiting time is ridiculous!!!!! I ordered two empanadas and veggie arroz chaufa. Was told waiting time will be about 10 minutes. 40 minutes later and I am still here! Of course waiting is annoying, but it’s worse when you tell me 10 min and is not.

I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered one cheese, one chicken and side of plantains. The chicken was delicious, it was juicy and seasoned well. The cheese was just okay, it didn't have a lot of cheese so just kinda tasted like fried bread. The plantains were hot and delicious, they were also big in portion size. My only regret is that I didn't order 2 chicken instead of the cheese. I would definitely order again.
