Their bread is very fresh and the servers are nice. They're chicken empanadas are delicious. Their cheese empanadas could use some more cheese.

My family and I have been coming here for over 10 years, mainly because they were one of the only Portuguese bakeries that are handicap accessible...BUT... yesterday, on Sunday July 19th, I went in with my wife who is 9 months pregnant and we were both treated disrespectfully by one of the employees. The one short Hispanic girl who took our order and served the table was very sweet and professional and even assisted my wife inside to use the restroom. Unfortunately, a blondish girl behind the register didn't allow her. The icing on the cake was when we were getting up to leave, she shoulder bumped my wife and laughed about it...truly unbelievable!!

The most authentic Portuguese bakery that I have try in U.S.A. The most Delicious and fresh. Love it ?

Being portuguese this is definatly a place where you can get you fix of a portuguese cafe. But do not expect efficiency or good service. The staff takes your order and you get no receipt or confirmation of your payment. Then when your order is ready they wander around asking "did you order so and so, etc". Completely inefficient and doesn't lend itself to a comfy atmosphere.

This place does a hopping business with good coffee and delicious pastries. The service is fast and friendly, always on point. The pastries are dangerously good.

Saw some good reviews of this place online, thought I'd give it a shot. Arrived earlier in the morning, thought I may have the place to myself. But to me surprise, the small establishment held a pretty large crowd. Shop could use a bit of an update or sprucing up a bit. It seemed very busy and active, which means it's popular but not necessarily set up if you want to linger. Staff were attentive and were working hard to keep up with the line of customers. Food didn't particularly stand out and the coffee was alright. Overall it was a decent experience.

The cakes aren't made like in Portugal they taste diferent and the employees are unfriendly and it is a place very very small. I don't like it.
