I come to Wingstop a lot whether it’s this location or others and I love their food. Their fries aren’t my favorite because a lot of the times they’re soggy, but they’re still good. I came in the other day and when I walked in, there was two people working one was cleaning something, and the other was standing in the back, staring right at me texting on her phone and was on a phone call. I sat there for about five minutes until the girl took my order because she was on her phone not doing anything. I thought that was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I don’t feel that you should sit on your phone when there’s customers at your job.

Entered the store around 11:50pm workers saw me standing there, no one greeted me. The clock hit 12:03am and the Spanish female approaches the register and tells me that she is no longer taking orders because they close at 12am. Absolutely absurd. She proceeded to tell me that the gentleman that was staring at me since I walked in doesn’t speak English.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Wingstop location. I ordered ten chicken wings, but when I got home, there were only 8 in the container. When I called to address the issue, they flat-out refused to fix it, claiming they packed it correctly. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to steer clear of this place if they value their money and time.

Ordered 20 bone -in wings and all I have to say is that the quality has changed they came super dry !! And now the meat pieces are huge and the skin is jiggly made me want to just throw the whole order away. We tried to eat what we could especially after spending 35 dollars on uber for this !

I rarely ever give bad rating but it’s been not 1 , not 2 , BUT 3 orders you guys have messed up when I order from Uber eats , some of the kids like spicy some don’t the app gives you options but you guys don’t want out in the extra so you make all spicy or make all non and it makes for a HORRIBLE experience , please focus on what the order details are , it’s placed that way for a reason

The employees are very fast and always smiling, so whatever you eat tastes delicious.
The food was good. I Got the 8pc combo, classic, with hickory smoked barbecue flavoring. Food was good but the guys working there took their sweet time. The cashier working there was on his phone, not even at the register, waited 15 minutes just for them to take my order. When the cashier came back, it took them around 5 minutes to give me my food, atmosphere was nothing special, mid performance overall.

They use door dash as their delivery. Do not order delivery go to the store to pick up. This store is excellent in person they deserve a 5. But waiting on a door dash delivery and speaking to door dash and getting the answer that the deliverer doesn't speak English isn't acceptable.
