Average tasting and pricey ice cream. I had the cookies and cream ice cream, and it was well accessorized with Pocky and wafers, but the ice cream rolls fell short of flavor for me. It didn't taste how cookies and cream ice cream should. It was literally cookies and (ice) cream. The matcha ice cream was actually very delicious, and I would definitely consider getting that if I felt like blowing the money. The 2 staff were very friendly but the ice cream was not good at all. It was very dry, not creamy and just not my cup of ice cream. I do not recommend this at all, I had s'mores and it taste nothing like s'mores. The location is inside The Palisades mall on the top floor across by Chipotle,Outback Steakhouse and Target.

The Rolling Cow is a perfect place for ice cream or any dessert . It has a lot if flavor and you can choose any topping you want. We got matcha and chocolate ice cream and it was really good . The toppings we got were mangos and blueberries with sprinkles and whipped cream. Anyways the ice cream was really good.
