Average tasting and pricey ice cream. I had the cookies and cream ice cream, and it was well accessorized with Pocky and wafers, but the ice cream rolls fell short of flavor for me. It didn't taste how cookies and cream ice cream should. It was literally cookies and (ice) cream. The matcha ice cream was actually very delicious, and I would definitely consider getting that if I felt like blowing the money. This is great for a quick fix, but there are cheaper and better shops in the area for rolled ice cream.

Very good ice cream but I wasn't happy when I had to ask the cashier to change his gloves before making my child's ice cream. Really gross! Managers- this should be implemented into training. This is a health hazard!

The 2 staff were very friendly but the ice cream was not good at all. It was very dry, not creamy and just not my cup of ice cream. I do not recommend this at all, I had s'mores and it taste nothing like s'mores. The location is inside The Palisades mall on the top floor across by Chipotle,Outback Steakhouse and Target.

The Asian guy doesn't know customer service at all! His answer to all my questions was "i don't know". I do not recommend this place at all because the way my ice cream was made, it tasted bland and I had to throw it out.

My son and I were standing there for 5 minutes before being acknowledged at all. I chose the classic s'mores and he chose the create your own with chocolate and peanut butter. The guy working (the receipt says his name is Kevin) starts making our ice cream rolls and breaks one of mine but that's no biggie. Brings us over to the toppings and asks what we want. I said isn't mine already supposed to come with certain specific toppings like the toasted marshmallow? And he said no more marshmallow right now. Like why wouldn't you tell me that when i ASKED for that specific flavor? Maybe I would have decided on something else instead. Anyway I choose a few toppings and my son chooses a few toppings and we sit down to start eating the ice cream and I realize he put the toppings I asked for on my sons ice cream and the toppings he asked for on mine. So in the end, neither of us got what we actually asked for and it was mainly due to the fact that the staff was inattentive and just overall didn't care. And to be honest the ice cream is nothing special. Mediocre.
Awesome stone made icecream. Presentation was amazing and so was the combination of flavors

These ice cream rolls are really pretty, and it's fun choosing the toppings. The ice cream has a bit of dryness to it, but then it melts in your mouth.

The Rolling Cow is a perfect place for ice cream or any dessert . It has a lot if flavor and you can choose any topping you want. We got matcha and chocolate ice cream and it was really good . The toppings we got were mangos and blueberries with sprinkles and whipped cream. Anyways the ice cream was really good.

Not really appealing (mine clearly was done wrong) and certainly not worth $8 for a cup of ice cream. They used one single strawberry and one teaspoon of Nutella. Ice cream was good but no better then somewhere generic where i could by a third of what this place charges. My two year old enjoyed watching them make it right at the glass so that part is cool. Won't be returning!
