It was my first time at Shake Shack as I was satisfied with Five Guys and it’s a bit closer, but the family wanted to go to Shake Shack. Took a bit to order at the kiosk for 4 people. After we arrived and started to order, a couple more groups came In and they needed to wait as all the kiosks were in use.After ordering we grabbed some napkin’s and a bunch is those little tiny paper cups of ketchup, and waited in a booth for the meal to arrive.The burger and fries were fine. Nothing great and I thought mine was drier and more well done than any Five Guys I ever got. The crinkle fries were fine.After we ate, my wife, daughter and her boyfriend ordered shakes which took about 10 minutes.Overall the food was just ok. For what everything costs now, my expectations are a bit higher on “cheap” fast food. I’d go back to Five Guys, which isn’t any cheaper but I feel was a better tasting burger.Vegetarian options: Mushroom burger

Delicious food, uniform and consistent as with many a chain restaurant. Moist chicken sandwich, crisp krinkle fries, and a delectable vanilla milkshake, creamy and cool. The distinguishing characteristic of this particular location is the service. I dined in and when my meal was brought to the table a distinguished gentleman with impeccable taste in body art casually put the tray down and with a smile said something to the effect of "Hey man, this [food] was made with love for you, hope it brightens your day." The neon sign adorning the store says "Stand for something good." I'd like to think that while corporate's interior decorators meant that as a testament to the quality of their cuisine, this employee adopted it as a personal mantra, one to be manifested in all encounters. Also, in the event good seating is the defining characteristic in your search for culinary experiences, the bench booths are comfortable, while still surprisingly helpful for your posture.

The burger was extremely undercooked. Couldn't eat the burger.The restaurant should have a safer/more secure way to place pickup orders because the bags are wide open and other people/patrons can easily touch or grab another person's order. I will never order again from this ghetto location.
