Walked in on a Saturday(today) as nobody was in line with my girlfriend. Decided to give this place a try as I am a food critique and I must say the ingredients being used is less than subpar. As I ordered, customer service was non existent and I kept seeing mistakes being made. No portion control nor good tasting pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas one for me and my girlfriend and one order of wings. The wings were completely forgotten about as I had to remind the staff to make them after finishing my pizza and waiting for them to arrive as they did not. I will not be back and please fix your quality as well customer standards. Very unorganized as well dusty lighting all overhead.

My new favorite spot in Garden State Plaza! Try the salads. I’ve had 3 different kinds and they are all fantastic. Seriously guys, even though it’s a pizza place, don’t sleep on their salads! I was pleasantly surprised by how good they are.

The pizza is good here. If you make the right combination then you can’t go wrong.

They cancelled my delivery order after waiting an hour because they were "unable to fulfill it". Why accept the order to start? No phone call. Nothing. Not good service

Food was ok. My issues was with the service I received. My wife ordered a pizza with spinach and we were not told that the spinach only comes with red pepper flakes marrinated in it. When I went to the cashier to ask about this I was received with extreme attitude and told that's the only way it comes. When I said what if my wife was allergic because nowhere in store or online does it say red pepper flakes marrinated spinach the cashier said "everyone asks about it". Then he begrudgingly offered to remake it in 15 minutes when they "caught up" on all their orders. This is unprofessional and the fact that I got attitude for simply asking a question makes me want to not eat here anymore.

Walked into the mall with my family STARVING. Typically, starving status helps us bypass the pickiness and explore other possibilities. Tomato & Co. Had a low line so we opted to try it out. I ordered a custom pasta with marinara sauce and loved it. My fiancé ordered the largest pizza size which is called Magnum. He fell in love with their vegan cheese so the pizza won as well. Yum. I ordered a garden salad; however, they gave me the wrong salad 3 times before giving me the correct one. The gentleman taking the order and the pizza maker were very kind but the lady making the salad and wings was quite disturbed showing quite a bit of attitude while working. Disappointing. My daughter ordered 10 wings. Half was garlic Parmesan and the other half hot (buffalo). She stated the inside of the wings tasted like it had zero seasoning/flavor. The only flavor was the sauce they were tossed in. She did not finish the wings since she was not happy with her selection. I was excited about the garlic knots; however, they were the smallest knots we have ever seen. Definitely not worth the cost. I'm hoping it was just a rough night. Will try them out again and add to this review once that happens.

This site should have a negative star rating option for situations like this. So I decided to order mango habanero wings from Tomato & Co in the Garden State Mall. I order the food take two bites of the wings and when I decide to take a bite of the celery I noticed there is a bite ALREADY on the celery that DID NOT belong to me!! I found this to be extremely disgusting, I did not continue eating and the only reason why I did not go back was because I was already outside the mall. I find this to be EXTREMELY disgusting because it leads me to believe that someone threw out their food and the staff picked up the bitten celery and put it back in the pile to be served. Very unhygienic and extremely disgusting. DO NOT EAT HERE!

The vodka mini pie was really good as were the mini garlic knots. Gentleman (don't remember his name) who was working the counter was so friendly and helpful! Will definitely come back again to try their wings.

I'll begin by saying this review has nothing to do with the food, but with a specific employee. I've been here twice before with no issues at all. Tonight, while I was eating dinner, I heard yelling coming from behind the counter. I looked over and saw a young man (who I presume might be the manager) and a young woman (the other employee). He was clearly agitated and angry with her. He spoke in a very demeaning and abusive way with her, and gradually began raising his voice more and more. The woman was not speaking back and looked upset and scared. I'm not sure if she spoke English fluently because he was yelling things using some Spanish words. For example: he said something along the lines of "We're losing mucho dinero today, and you know why? Yeah, you. Because of your mistakes." Some other things he said that I can remember are things like: "Mistakes, all f***ing day!! I've done triple the work all day!" "Why the f*** would you fill the cheese up so much?? It's gonna go f***ing bad!!" Amongst numerous other things. Literally everything this poor girl did, he screamed at her for. I began feeling very nervous and uncomfortable, and I began worrying about the safety of the female employee. When he was out of earshot, I quickly went up to her to ask her if she was okay. She looked absolutely terrified. She then mumbled something, and gestured to her right to warn me he was back. He asked if there was a problem. I responded by saying "I really think you should take it easy on her. You've been screaming at her in front of customers." He responded by saying "Well I don't think it's any of your f***ing business. You don't know what I've been dealing with all day." I told him that doesn't matter and it's unacceptable to treat a coworker or employee like that, and told him that he is making everyone feel uncomfortable. He basically "thanked" me for my two cents, and said he would "let me know if he needed more advice that he didn't ask for". Before I left I told him to have a great night because he is clearly a very angry person. As I was walking out, I encouraged the woman to find a new job. I honestly never complain about restaurant or customer service experiences, because I have worked in retail for awhile now, and I absolutely get it. It gets stressful. However, this man felt very threatening. I would not have confronted him if I hadn't felt fear. He should not be allowed to speak to a fellow employee like that, and absolutely should not be able to speak to a customer like that either. He was extremely demeaning, abusive, and rude. I was actually shocked to witness something like this. The fact that he was out in the open screaming at this woman was the most disturbing part. I really think this man needs to be fired because behavior like this, especially in the workplace, is absolutely unacceptable. Watch out for this guy.

Two male employees at the front are very rude and inconsiderate. Almost all of the tables were empty as well as dirty and on top of that there were so many flies everywhere

Service is not good, the two male employees are very rude, don't have good maners. I'm feel sorry for the two laddies, they are beens creaming all the time.

I just want to give a big shout out to Tomato&Co at the Garden State Plaza. We went to the restaurant as part of our CBI trip two weeks ago. The students had a budget for lunch and needed to make their orders work. The manager Dominick worked personally with the students to make sure they were all able to afford a main dish and drink. He treated them with respect, gave us his card and told us to call him next time we were planning a trip so he could create some menu options j
