Alicia, the manager is so kind and patient. All the years I ate Wetzel's (which is probably been over 30 years) I always had a punch card and after 6 you got one for free but they don't use that anymore. They told me to download the app and I would start all over using the app and I was willing to do that. Had a really hard time doing it and the girl behind the register was too busy to help me. I asked if there was a manager because otherwise I wouldn't get credit for my sale that day and I had just spent $16 ordering two different items for two people. The manager not only came out and helped me, but was very kind and patient about it and asked me if she could touch my phone and I said yes. She then went through some stuff at the register and got sale, that I paid for 10 minutes earlier, for the day into the app. The app didn't work under my Yahoo mail at all but then when I went to Gmail it worked fine so it must have been something with reception in the mall. She suggested that I shut off my internet and just use my data package and that seemed to make the app work. Probably too much interference in the mall area. The cinnamon pretzel bites were so delicious that the next day when I had a few leftover cold I still ate them cold and they still tasted good. You know a cinnamon pretzel is delicious when you can eat it cold the next day. My boyfriend ate all his pretzels the same night cuz he ordered the pizza ones and they were so good that he finished them. I just wanted Alicia to know that she was very appreciated that day for being so kind and coming out into the mall and helping me on the side of the store where it wasn't crowded. I will always go there for two reasons. First of all the pretzels are amazing and also the management is so nice.

These pretzels have gone downhill. Ordered an almond pretzel got home and it was hard as a rock dry. Never again.

The WORST customer service ever encountered in all my life. My wife ordered a cheese pretzel for our daughter this past Saturday evening and my wife dropped a 20% tip in the jar. Immediately the clerk takes the tip jar and starts counting. Are you freaking serious? Then takes 4 customers' orders and gives them their order meanwhile my wife and daughter would not get their order even though it was already made and all they had to do was bag the pretzel. When my wife pointed out that other customers came later and got their orders the clerk snapped at my wife. It was a black lady and a white lady with her (don't have their names). Whoever they were, management, you should fire them. We'll NEVER again order anything from this place if it was the only place open. Stay far away and NEVER tip until you get your order first and that's *if they do a decent job. That's why idiots like these will always be at the bottom of the economic ladder. Trashy people!

The mini bites are great, but nothing beats the large cinnamon sugar pretzel. Fresh and delicious. The plain were also good.

Behold, we have pretzels, and in a mall setting such as Garden State Plaza, it's worth a detour if you've wanted a decent snack. This is one of three locations in the mall: two are located on opposite ends of Macy's (the north one is a food stand, the south is a typical building almost similar to food court shops, and the third is in the lower level not too far from the first two). All three locations share the same characteristics with the other: near-open kitchen in a compact space, plenty of pretzels prepared beforehand, and fountain drinks/juices ready to be dispensed, and for those with a keen sense of smell, a faint scent of salt/hot dogs/cinnamon. The menu is the same as other Wetzel's Pretzel locations, not much variety is done here. Classic pretzels can be done (salted or non-salt, buttered or non-butter), flavored with either cinnamon, sour cream and onion, or almond bits. Cheese pretzels such as original, with pepperoni, garlic, jalapeño. Their signature Wetzel Dogs (pretzel dough wrapped around a beef hot dog), with cheese or jalapeños, even mini versions. Wetzel bitz (bite size versions of their pretzels) in various flavors, and drinks such as lemonade or juice blends. There's also dipping sauces such as pizza sauce, caramel, and different cheeses. All are pretty affordable in terms of the mall (where high end places thrive), but it does feel a bit inflated since you're in a place like this. At the end of the day, there's 3 Wetzel's Pretzels in GSP, all of them serve almost similar food to nearly the same reception. I personally don't fancy them, and would very much like authentic pretzels rather than these, but I'm well aware those are available elsewhere. Whether it's a quick meal, something cheap, or you need a dose of sugar/salty treats, it's there to please, but it's just something I don't feel good about these days. Maybe next time?

Went for an old throwback when shopping. Had a craving. Stale stale stale. On top of that the dough around the hotdogs was both undercooked and over cooked. Figure that one out. Fail. Should have known better!

Im at the mall and had experienced the most disgusting thing right before my eyes i feel that any place that serves food should use gloves... THE MANAGER HIMSELF WAS SERVING CUSTOMERS WITH HIS BARE HANDS !! Disgusting grabbing the pretzels without the utensils and without gloves. Beyond nauseating. Very disappointed
