Worst delivery experience and customer service I’ve ever had with a restaurant. Tried twice to order through UE.. apparently the first order was “stolen” so they couldn’t fufill the order and it went through 4 drivers and I had to call the restaurant. Spoke to a rude woman on the phone who said she can’t do anything. I finally get to cancel the order and try to reorder to give them a second chance. Wait 45 minutes and then the driver tells me that they are “out of chicken” don’t know what to believe here but will never order here again.

The waitress was very friendly, but the service was very poor. They took too long to bring the order to the table. The guy who made the drinks was very indecent and foul-mouthed. Then, at the end, they wanted to include a mandatory tip. With such poor service, they should expect the customer to give them a tip and not include it because it's not mandatory.
