At drive thru (big bun lady seen smoking outside) we ordered a large hot coffee with French Vanilla Swrl w cream and sugar and med Iced latte with French vanilla Swrl...disappointed to find out I got handed a plain iced latte (absolutely zero flavor š and order said FVS on the sticker) and the hot coffee was overloaded with like all the pumps of french vanilla swrl...we kinda fixed it by dumping some of the hot coffee into my iced latte š, but still very unhappy and feel like the only highlight was the espresso machine was working...this time... Didn't have time to turn around once we got on 22 ...

The service at this Dunkinā has become really frustrating because of one employee in particular who seems to always be there in the afternoon when I normally get my coffee. Sheās easy to recognize by the big bun of hair on her head and large figure, and every time Iāve interacted with her, sheās acted like customers are an inconvenience. She doesnāt say anything outright rude, but the looks, sighs, and attitude make it clear sheād rather you werenāt there at all.
What makes it worse is that sheās often outside smoking instead of handling the counter, which leaves customers waiting with no explanation. When she does come back in, it feels like sheās annoyed that anyone expected service.
I come to Dunkinā for quick, simple customer service, but this kind of behavior makes the whole visit uncomfortable. Management really needs to address this kind of behavior.

This Dunkin' store has been here for many, many years. It is always very neat and clean. And it is always well stocked and somewhat busy. The staff is very kind, helpful and accommodating. Sometimes I sit at the counter and enjoy my donuts and sometimes I buy several to take home and enjoy. I highly recommend this Dunkin' store. It is easily accessible from Memorial Parkway (Route 22) and is adjacent to the Hillcrest Shopping Center. There is plenty of free parking around the store.

Not the drive thru attendants fault. Lid on my husband's iced coffee was loose and spilled on his hands. He pulled over trying to figure what was wrong with it. Lid looked warped like it was a manufacturing issue. He went inside to get a new lid.

Bought a plain bagel with cream cheese on the side, not toasted. Same bagel I could have gotten at ShopRite. Not even that good. Same bagel I could have bought in a bag of 6 for the same price. Rip off. Not the fault of the employees. This is a corporate decision to sell subpar bagels.

The one brown hair lady who works the headset is very rude. She cut me off while I was talking, didnāt give me a straw I had to ask for it and when I asked for it she said āsureā in an annoyed tone. A different time I went there and ordered a sandwich which was cold and looked uncooked.

Love them...they always get my cold brew the right way. I really only like the cold brew now hahaha I'm addicted! I always use my points because I love a free large cold brew any day!! That day they were giving out free donuts with a purchase of a drink. So i got a free donut and drink that day!!!
