Dinner last night was excellent! The service was spot on and the food was excellent. I had grilled fish of the day which was Grouper and they gave me some delish garlic sauted spinach since mine didn't come with anything. My husband had the Bolanaise Pappadelle which was awesome. Love it therr and it's still a BYOB!

We had reservations the other night for the seven of us. It's a byob so we brought some beers and wine. For appetizers we got the calamari, risotto balls and this bread. Calamari wasn't good it was like chewing on a rubber band. The bread we got wasn't that good either, best thing was the risotto balls. For my entree i got the chicken Valdostano which was chicken with peppers and prosciutto inside of it with mushrooms on top. That was pretty good, service wasn't great also. Limited parking on the streets, I've had better places.

Really bad dining experience here. Was a Saturday night and after a long work week, was looking forward to a nice meal out. Took about 45 min for us to order food and it was not busy at all. Waited another 45 min for our food and they totally forgot about our appetizers. Was told “yeah you aren’t getting them”. No apology or sincerity at all. The whole atmosphere was uncomfortable. Other diners were clearly annoyed and someone even sent their food back. Wait staff since irritated with one another. And shocker, had to wait another while to pay for our food. I had to get up and ask them to ring us up. And the manager or owner (I am not sure who she was) was wearing a very furry scarf while serving food. I thought that was gross. Will not be returning.

Worst meal I have ever seen as I did not eat my main course. Grilled fish & veggies should be an easy standard dish. I have never seen or tasted anything so bad! Beet salad was ok. 3 Inedible main courses, Disorganized in general, & still paid a lot of money for almost no food. Waitresses were kind & apologetic so this was the only plus on a totally ruined evening for 4. I heard this place is wonderful in Summit. Here's hoping they are able to turn things around & improve.

This place is amazing!!! EXCEPT for the best part at the end of the meal the dessert, when you have a nut allergy and the only thing recommended is Ice cream but can’t have milk either. So you everyone gets to celebrate your family’s birthday and you’re the only one with no dessert was a bit sad!!! They need to have a better selection!!!!

First time having this place. We ordered take out. Very disappointed. The quality and portion does not match up with the price. $18 for antipasto that has a handful of lettuce with a few pieces of lunch meat. We will not be ordering again.

Service was extremely slow. The only had 2 servers for the entire restaurant. It took 45 minutes to get someone to take our order, and we waited forever for our entrees. We were there for 3 1/2 hours and didn't even get dessert. The food was just ok. We won't be going back.

Stopped in La Pastaria last night for dinner. The atmosphere is very homey in an Italian villa style. Great food. Our server Lorie was friendly, attentive and gracious. Started with the grilled portabello mushroom then moved on to the Chicken Valdostano and the Salmon special. Portions were very generous. Stop in for a great experience.

Attended a family dinner on Sunday. We were seated quickly and our water glasses were filled right away. The waitresses were very friendly and cordial and they took our orders right away. Everyone at the table, there were 14 of us, enjoyed their food. For appetizers we had several pizzas (so good!!), and several orders of fried calamari. I had the cavatelli con ricotta and it was delicious. I had the small order and I couldn't even finish it; it was so large. I really enjoyed the dinner and I would definitely like to return to this restaurant. I also loved the paintings on the walls.
