Really special restaurant. Great food, service, menu. Loved caesar salad, pork chop, carbonara, Angioletti, chicken. Desserts, especially budino, wonderful. Nice corner table was less noisy. We'll be back.

Amazing food and service. Always a pleasure to see Janice. This time I did feel rushed. Once we finished our appetizer our dinner was out within 5 minutes. And dessert was even quicker.
The food is always amazing as is the service. When we visit we recognize most servers and they always recognize us and they never hesitate to welcome us with open arms. One of the best farm-to-table restaurants located in Jersey !

Delicious food and great service. Tuna was cooked perfectly and paired well with the salad served with it. Hot, crusty bread - always delicious. Brussels Caesar is enough to share and so good. Burrata with mushrooms was great and the new baked pasta with the mushrooms was just perfect!

Semolina has an always changing menu from all local ingredients and everything is fresh and delicious. They are known for their pork chop and it doesn’t disappoint. Make sure to call for a reservation because otherwise you might not get a table.Parking: There is a large paid parking lot just a block from the restaurantKid-friendliness: There are about 20 tables in the restaurant and it is not a kid friendly menu or atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: This is not a wheelchair friendly restaurant. There are two individual steps to enter Semolina.

Last night, I had the pleasure of eating at this eatery. If you have not eaten here, put it on your “bucket list.” The atmosphere is calming, and the food is exceptional. We were a party of four. I ordered a few appetizers for which we shared to experience more of the menu. All were gorgeous in presentation as well as tantilizing to our taste buds. I dined on the infamous pork chop - the best pork chop I have eaten. The scallops were cooked to perfection as were their pasta meals.The brussel sprout Caesar salad is to die for. A dessert of zeppoles will never disappoint. You will want to take an order home to savor the delight. We finished our meal with a Cappuccino that sealed a perfect evening. Truly 5 star dining experience.

Started with Brussel Caesar salad! Outstanding. I had braised short ribs. Meat was tender no knife needed for this beautiful cut. Potato was slightly dry. The gravy was delicious. My guest had the polenta special. Nothing left on her plate so I'm guessing it was delicious. Ended with the Meyer lemon zeppola. (FYI our lovely server secured a single candle on the dessert bowl when she presented the zeppola)! Very nice gesture for my upcoming birthday.
The starter - a salad made from shaved Brussels Sprouts - was perfect. Great flavor and unique. My pork chop —- its speciality — was the best pork chop I have ever eaten and I love pork. My wife and daughter both got pasta dishes and I tried a taste of each of theira. Both excellent as well. Overall a tremendous meal.
Everything about the entire was great. Our server was awesome. I'm so sorry I can't remember her name. She kicked off the evening with a fun and professional attitude. We will definitely be back soon. Kim Price

It's been too long since we've been to Semolina. And, after last night's meal, we will be going back very soon! Everything was exceptional. The burrata and sweet potato croquettes were delectable. We then shared a pasta dish with braised beef and caramelized onions. We each picked the carbonara and the pork chop. It will be difficult for me to order anything else in the future! Oh, and the dessert? We had the special white chocolate torte. Amazing! And, it's BYOB.

Tried something different tonight. Went with the sweet potato croquette to start and braised short ribs for dinner. Glad we shared the croquettes. There were too many for one person. I'll definitely return – never a disappointment.

Friendly hostess and waItress. We started with beet salad. Very fresh, cold and delightful. We then had pork chop and Octopus Bolognese. Because we were sharing the chef sliced the pork chop - it was great. And the pasta came out hot and delicious! Skipped dessert. Great service. Only negative is that tables are close to each other and so noise level can be high.

This place is a 10/5. These other google reviewers are a bunch of silly Billies. 1/5 stars for food and you never ate there? Are you rummaging through their garbage? 1/5 stars for not allowing you to walk in off the street without a reservation? It’s clearly stated. I don’t allow my 1.5 year old to smoke in bed. What are we without rules in society? A bunch of toddlers smoking in bed, that’s what we are. Semolina is inventive and party for your palate every single time. Go there. Eat anything. Be happy. 10/5 stars.
